Girls on Film (2023)
It Had Potential
I see the reviews, but honestly I don't get it.
First I expected a little build up before Rain moved into Blakes house, but literally first couple minutes Rain gets evicted and moves in. No explanation as to where and how Rain found the house. The description tells you more than the entire movie does.
2nd the acting isn't that best. I read about how great the writing was but it really wasn't.
3rd The kissing between the two females goes with the bad acting. They were like 2 very straight girls that do not want to kiss. Any chemistry you think they had disappeared once they started kissing. Good kissing scenes can save bad acting because you believe they are really into each other. The kissing as so bad it almost made me turn it off. It ruined alot for me.
Both woman are incredibly beautiful and theres potential for them to do great things, but the acting and believability was missing for me.
Jeepers Creepers: Reborn (2022)
Reviews are not wrong
I watched this for free on Hulu, but I still feel like i deserve a refund.
The opening scene you see an elderly couple driving similar to the brother sister from first film (I think they were related). They witness a body being thrown into the sewer thing. Similar to the first movie. They go back to see what it was....why? That was just the beginning of a weird movie.
The writing was horrible. The acting wasn't as bad as a high school play, but it wasn't great. They did what they could but there was clearly noone helping them fine tune things, still even award winning actors couldn't make the script look good.
Nothing made sense. Lots of characters helping out the "Creeper" but we never learned why and who they are and why they wanted that girls baby.
We also can clearly tell they were never outside. The background looked terrible fake, grass was fake. I understand it was a low budget film but there are apps out there that could better recreate scenery and those are free!
This movie actually gave me a headache.
Love Allways (2023)
This Show is so Disorganized
All the guys had the same hairstyle/cut Right off the bat you're like "Oh god this is a highschool play" where everyone looks the same to fit in. 3 episodes in I thought it was a play. Some of the guys acted and talked as if they were on a script. The women are beautiful as usual but I'm in episode 8 and they all bore me.
Lexi is gorgeous but she looks lost alot of times.
She has people compete for a date or 1on1 with her yet throughout the show you see her randomly in the house with contestants and in the "confessional" How did she get there? Why is she there with a contestant? It's terribly put together. Almost like they put a group of teens together in a house with 2 shaparones and let them do whatever and hope the cameras and editors can pick up some good stuff. They don't.
