Easily the worst of the franchise (Granted I haven't seen 3D or the 2022 incarnations) but it would take a special kind of person to make a so called 'horror' worse than this. There's not a single moment of suspense or fright & I could barely finish the thing as it was so boring. It just made me aggravated & to this day I don't know how it was even given the go ahead to be released. At least no. 4 had the talents of Matthew McConaughey & Renee Zellweger going for it, along with a twist of an ending. This however doesn't have a single redeeming quality to it. If you're currently watching through the franchise I can comfortably say you'd honestly be better off skipping this one.. you will miss absolutely nothing worthwhile. It really is that bad. Also, THE HIGHLY RATED REVIEWS BAFFLE ME. You're surely either joking or were paid to rate it or part of the making of the film. **0 OUT OF 10 STARS**

True Crime instead of Bigfoot..

First off, I DO believe a 'Sasquatch' type being does or did exist.. So initially I was a bit disappointed that this got taken in a different direction. The crux of it is an investigation into a Triple Homicide that legend has it was carried out by a Sasquatch but instead that was apparently a ruse/cover story linked into a Backwoods True Crime affair & that's just the way this story panned out seemingly. So.. A difficult one to rate. If you're hell bent on a 100% Bigfoot story you might be annoyed after a few episodes that it's not what you came for. At the end of the day though it's still a thoroughly investigated & worthwhile watch that keeps you hooked from start to finish.
