Wanderlust (2018)
Thought provoking, mind stretching.
An amazing cast work hard with an (at times) heavy script. In this they succeed by bringing out, by really seeming to understand, their characters and all the nuances involved. A brilliant Director must have been at work here !
Episode 5 was the high point.
What a superb two hander this episode was- Toni Collette & sophie Okonedo - Oscar worthy. The most exceptional and powerful hours worth of acting on television in a long time. A brilliant script, emphatic direction made it truly memorable.

Christiane Amanpour Sex & Love Around the World: Tokyo (2018)
It could have been interesting !!!
........If I could understand Japanese. Vast swathes of the interviews were in a language incomprehensible to the vast majority of viewers who don't speak Japanese & with no translation or even a summary by the interviewer it was a frustratingly pointless exercise to watch.
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018)
A short review.
What a brilliant, moving, incredibly well acted film. WATCH IT ! Thank you BBC for reviving it.
Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012)
Well crafted & different
A most enjoyable, moving, amusing, well characterised & acted movie. The talent of Lorene Scafaria deserves wider recognition. Thoroughly enjoyable !!
NCIS: New Orleans: Sins of the Father (2017)
Poor episode.
A really disappointing episode. Poor storyline with unconvincing characterisations from the regular cast. The over dramatisation killed any suspense, the overacting made the characters look silly by being so out of their normal characters.
Not up to its usual standard.
