The Evil Touch seems like a well made show so it's a shame that the only place you can find any episodes to watch is on youtube and of course they're in horrible taped off of tv back in the 80's or 90's quality. Don't get me wrong , it's cool that they still exist to be viewed at all. Twenty Two of the episodes are on yoytube for free at the time of this review. This one had a good star rating so i figured I'd watch it first. What started out as a great setup slowly turned into the same old tired worn out horror movie cliches. It starts off with a man cheating on his much older wife with a young babe....the wife comes home and knows she's hiding in the closet....so she demands he bricks it up! That is a great start then it get's lame. Give it a watch. It's FREE lol.

Five soap opera plots don't make a good movie

Like most 97 minute tv movies this one runs out of steam. It's like 5 daytime soap opera plots made into a movie. Don't you just love the married woman who's husband has given her everything , living in the lap of luxery....only to cheat on him? It's ridiculous that thinks she has the right to ask her gigolo boyfriend to be faithful to her. Then she gets upset that her husband may have lied? Give me a break. Roy Thinnes is always good especially in the 70's but this one started well then ended contrived , lame , and confusing. Thankfully Tammy Grimes role wasn't larger because her voice and mannerisms really irritate me. I'd still like to see any 70's tv movie get a blu ray release with extras though.

With all of the behind the scenes footage and documentary footage already in existence this 2013 documentary is really unnecessary. The best thing any die hard Night of the Living Dead fan can do to learn more about EVERYTHING involved in making this classic is to listen to the TWO audio commentaries available on the criterion blu ray. I believe they're also on older dvds. The commentaries are from 1993 or so and SUPER informative. One is with 5 cast members and the other is with Romero, Russo , and other producers and folks that helped get the movie completed. This documentary is very misleading in trying to give Romero 100% of the credit. It took DOZENS of people to make NOTLD what it is. Romero didn't even write it but the documentary would lead you to believe otherwise. The documentary also tried extremely hard to compare NOTLD to the civil rights movement. Something Romero and the others involved in making NOTLD have always been strongly against! They make a huge deal about Duane Jones being black....something the filmmakers have always been against as well. This is a totally unnecessary fluff piece.

Clint Eastwood wrongfully casts himself in a part that is written for someone in their 40's....not 70's! You'll cringe as he hits on a woman who's maybe 24. Then 5 minutes later he's naked in bed with a women who's maybe 35. He looks like the friggin' cryptkeeper....especially with his shirt off. This movie could easily have been 90 minutes not the 2 hours+ it is. It seriously has enough plot for a 30 minute tv episode. The writing sucks,the acting sucks,the direction sucks. The only good thing i can say about it is that James Woods was pretty hilarious reading this horrible script. I still feel bad for everyone involved.

This is currently on youtube it's a hoot so give it a watch. A kid goes from being the ignored middle child to looking like a death rock wannabe gother. Everyone around him is scared and repulsed haha. At the end of the day this sends the message that you should conform to society and fit in like a sheep. I hate that message. Do what you want.

This movie is massively overrated. I saw someone on youtube....who i usually trust review it so got it off amazon. It's slow,boring,and stupid. Nothing happens for 90 minutes. It's one of those movies that thinks it's so so smart but it's actually dumb and tedious. You've been warned.

This rare old ABC Weekend Special is actually on youtube right now so give it a watch before it vanishes again. A kid is scared of monsters under his bed and is transported to a monster world where they think HE'S a monster haha. Not bad for 80's kid stuff.

Better watch it while you can since this is a rare one. This is actually pretty creepy for a 80's kids special. I believe two versions are online. One has the Vincent Price bumpers on it. I really like it. Give it a watch.

Some poor kid finds a hidden bottle in the wall of his new house...and opens it. Bad mistake as it contains a vengeful ghost who proceeds to get this kid into trouble for the next 45 minutes. This was a 2 part after school special. It's ok but doesn't really resolve itself in a great way and looks cheap. Only available on vhs.

I heard this mentioned by the director of The Changeling (one of the best ghost story movies ever made) on the new blu ray commentary so I found it on youtube. It's a 30 minute short about a kid who when he rides a creepy rocking horse it tells him who will win at the races the next day. It's really enjoyable and kind of creepy. Give it a watch!

I feel like now that this film is available on blu ray in awesome quality some people will re-evaluate it. I remember seeing it on tv in the 90's. Possibly on USA up all night. I think it's a pretty good and effective little ghost story. The only thing i would change would be that Paul LeMat's charcter needed more enthusiasm. Any movie with David Warner and Lee Ving is at least worth a watch. Give it a shot.

I can't believe this just got a blu ray release. It didn't even deserve a vhs release. I love 70's made for tv movies and have watched every single one i can get my hands on for decades. If you took all of the boring night-time driving scenes out of this you'd have a generic half hour tv episode. Harper is so annoying in this all she does is do dumb crap and scream for 73 minutes. The killer is equally lame and ridiculous. Skip it. You've been warned.

If you're expecting 80's cheez along the lines of Samurai Cop and Miami Connection then you'll be sorely disappointed. I just saw this at the Alamo Drafthouse and it was a snooze fest. A snooze fest with lots of fake boobs and about 3 funny scenes...but still a snooze fest. Sidaris was a talentless hack. I never want to see it again.

Gene Vincent and the Blue Caps performing a few songs in this instantly makes it awesome. They rock! John Ashley also sings a couple of really great songs. This movie is fun and deserves better than a 5 rating on here.

I watched every single Rockford Files episode 6 years ago and have been rewatching them all again this month. When this one came up i cringed and skipped it. It features one of the most annoying characters ever and i really don't understand the good reviews on here. People crap all over the T. T. episode but this one is worse. Skip it.

Good lord was this awful. Several reviews warned me too but i didn't listen. This is NOT a dark comedy it's a depressing drama. I watched it free on TCM and i regret every minute of it all 109 of them. It's slow, depressing,and the fect that people spent 1 million!? making this turd is truly sad.
