CKY 3 (2001 Video)
disgusting
15 October 2023
A short movie that aims to entertain through silly and disgusting pranks. Regrettably, it falls flat on its face, providing no genuine humor. With a rating of 1 out of 10, the movie's revolting pranks lack wit and cleverness, leaving viewers repulsed instead of amused. The lack of character development, poor production quality, and absence of audience appeal further contribute to its failure. Overall, it fails to deliver any form of entertainment and leaves viewers questioning its comedic value before questioning its ethical value.

I've watched other Jackass works and they're saints compared to this non-sense.

Soul (2020)
A little bit cheesy, but who doesn't like cheese?
5 August 2023
"Soul" is a great film that is filled with, well: soul. Offering a unique and thought-provoking experience. The animation is visually stunning, and the concept of exploring the meaning of life and purpose is beautifully executed. The jazz-infused soundtracks adds depth to the storytelling. However, at times, the film veers into the cheesy territory, with certain plot elements feeling overly simplistic or too philosophical. Despite this, "Soul" manages to strike a balance between heartwarming moments and philosophical introspection, making it a worthwhile watch. With its blend of animation, music, and soulful themes,

Beautifully Brainless
2 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
John Wick is not a logical movie, it is basically a skeleton-tier basic action movie with astonishing cinematography and high calibre charismatic stars to allow your eyes the minimum blinking tally; something made for 12 years old aspiring cinematographers. (oh and, it makes them a lot of money because of the blind fanbase that will continue to watch, not a bad futuristic passive income huh?)

Caine was not only pinpointing where exactly to shoot, but he could distinguish friends from foes in the mass fighting scenes, which no one can answer with something such as "He heightened his other senses by taking out his vision".

I will not go ahead and mention how many cliches are jammed into this picture like the fake foreign accents and cheesy trash-talk dialogues.

Not a masterpiece, but grossly underrated
23 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
How can reviewers say that this is worst of the worst? I don't understand the hate at all, maybe because they didn't understand it? Possibly.

It is a coherently chaotic movies with many teasers that successfully could keep you watching and engaging, full of twists (major and minor ones). I guess people nowadays want things fed directly into their throats, I guess they want flashy vfx tricks and make-believe heroes that can fly and smash into things without dying while promoting non-ethical issues as pseudo-must-have principles.

I will dare to compliment the director for this amazing piece, keep experimenting brother!

Navy Seals (1990)
Cliched and Racist Action Movie that Falls Flat
5 June 2023
The 1990 film Navy Seals is a cliched, overly Americanized, and poorly executed action movie that falls flat on multiple fronts. The portrayal of Arab characters is blatantly racist and stereotypical, perpetuating harmful and inaccurate representations. The plot is predictable and unoriginal, lacking any real depth or nuance. The dialogue and acting are cheesy and unconvincing, failing to evoke any genuine emotion or engagement from the audience. Overall, this film is a prime example of the worst kind of 90s action movie, and I would give it a 1 out of 10 rating as an homage to the physical work that has been done to produce this piece of garbage.

Friends: The One with the Joke (2000)
Season 6, Episode 12
The One Where Everyone Discovers Their True Selves
22 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This hilarious episode of Friends brilliantly captures the laughs and heart of the show through arguments over jokes, professional setbacks turned personal triumphs, and insights into the depths of care these friends always share.

Ross's pride in Playboy magazine's published joke backfires when Chandler claims it as his own, sparking a comedic feud as only they could have. Their good-natured ribbing provides the perfect showcase for the wit and rapport of their friendship.

Phoebe navigates the rocky road of female relationships with her customary wisdom and one-liners, finding the sympathy of a sister in Rachel through jabs that mask affection truer than truth.

Caught between bills and auditions, Joey's decision to keep his serving job under wraps leads to the loss and gain of work in a heartbeat, yet never a moment of doubt in the support his found family always offers.

Overall, "The One with the Joke" brilliantly captures the heart of Friends in each laugh that lights the way. With inside jokes just begging to be quoted, wit and wisdom woven flawlessly together and moments of poignancy to ground each punchline, this memorable outing rightly deserves its place as one of sitcom's most cherished classics. A perfect reminder of joy found in togetherness, this episode scores 10/10.

Would have given it a 10, but they've got the genre wrong
23 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
We're poor people who don't have a land, so the obvious ethical way is to attack another country by guilting the Americans and the British, and fall in love and enjoy some infidelities while we're at it.

And don't you worry child, whenever someone kills one of us, he'll be a romantic martyr that will go straight to heaven snorkeling with pink dolphins, and if we killed one of them, well, they're just barbaric Arabs who eat with their hands and ride on camels for pleasure who are also selfish people who want their lands to be theirs forever!

If this is the premise, the genre had to be Comedy/Propaganda.

Mr. Robot (2015–2019)
A great potential that deviated too much
6 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
In the beginning, it was glorious, a cool great introvert character that uses his intelligence to change the world, then came the dual personality thing, which is not a bad thing, but it IS a deviation that wasn't for the better.

Towards the end, it was like the writers are trying to prove a vague point to a maniac, so while kept the visual amazing stunts, they seemed to enforce the idea of having to call a perfectly genetically male person a "her" by every character constantly. Now whether you're with it or against it, it is not the way to emphasis on its importance to you (to ruin the show and confuse the audience).

The Way Back (I) (2010)
When the director himself spoils the movie on you
13 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I could understand it if some random people were excited and told you the ending spoiling the whole movie, but for the director to actually write the ending at the beginning of the movie, it took away all the excitement I could have felt during the journey, because I know now that they will reach exactly where at the end of the movie.

Don't get me wrong, all the other aspects are top-notch. Great directing, great cinematography, great dialogue, great acting and great sets. The only issue is there is virtually zero suspense, and that is not a good sign of a good movie.

Man of Steel (2013)
The most predictable and boring movie ever
20 June 2013
Warning: Spoilers
I did not give it a 1 or a 2 for the sake of giving the graphic affects the fair judgment. All the other things are pure disgrace for any movie member, even the one who deliver the juice.

I could predict the whole movie from the first sentence. The story-line and the scenario are so straightforward. This movie has absolutely zero creativity. Nothing will make-up for the two and half hours I have wasted inside the movie yawning and checking out the design of the place (and I am in a much better situation than my friends who posted their pictures sleeping inside the movie).

I wish I have something specific to criticize but the whole movie is not worth it to criticize, even the main character is a dull -yet perfect body and face- man. Yes I could call this movie (Dull-Man).
