The only review I had to write is "why"? Why make this film? But this review wouldn't get published without a meaningless 500+ words post. So will have to write a bit more. It is a meaningless movie, if you can call it a movie firstly. The one thing that is blatantly missing from this movie is the plot and acting. It features actors who do not know how to act and a script writer who does not know how to write, a director who does not know direction. Why? And why does this pit of meaninglessness have a 5+ IMDb rating? Surely it's because of the "adult" content. How meaningless can it be? Don't watch it to know the answer. I have saved you some 90 minutes of your life.

Bad acting, good plot

It is a mismatch of a good plot with completely unconvincing acting by the 2 lead roles. Since it is a copy / inspired by the 1960s French movie Le Monte-Charge, the plot was bound to be good. But loose acting in a crime thriller is a let down. The ending could have been done better, even with the same set of actors.
It is good that Bollywood is venturing in to crime / murder thrillers, but it has to do justice by having well equipped actors for the roles.
Another negative in the movie is the pace. It was very slow, and the essence of a murder mystery is the pace. Giving 5 starts because of the plot alone.

None of the actors in the movie can act. The irony is that in the movie, the lead actress loses her job as an actress in a tv series because she can't act....which is exactly the case with her and the whole movie. How can someone make a movie like this?

Bad direction, with even worse acting and plot. The film had an average build-up, and an expected let down as it paced up. The final scene was so bad that it's hard to imagine someone would make a movie on this. How does it get 5.6 stars? Really?!

The film lacks any grip on the audience, and fails miserably in creating any form of a thrill. This happens when directors are more focussed on creating something 'different' for the intellectuals, so much so that they forgot that even in today's world, a movie need to have one thing to start with - a plot.

A beautiful movie about human regret, and a wish to have a chance to change the past. The Sci-fi part of the movie was only a symbolism. The ending was even more beautiful. About regrets we have to hold on to, because of the past which was beyond our control and because we cannot change the past. But what if you do get a chance to see yourself having a different life?
