I love this show so much because it's set in Philadelphia, PA and has an amazing cast lead by tough yet caring Detective Lilly Rush. Lilly shows compassion for the victims of the crime and will fight for justice for their families. It's like she is talking through them to the people they have left behind. The show goes back to every detail of the time with the clothes, cars and accessories from the time of the crime. I love the music. Just hearing the songs from those eras are so refreshing and I love that about this show. I like the morph the character from the past and age them to the present. For anyone who has seen this story please give it a try. You won't be disappointed in the writing and the time the characters use to tell the story.

I truly love this movie for all the values it processes. It shows the power of personal growth, family values and unconditional love. I love all the characters because they remind me of my family. A southern family with strong personalities.tied to the simple pleasures of life. I love the way Dearie B captures every season with the forgotten art of canning vegetable and fruits. These are traditions lost from our old generations and they are falling by the wayside. I love the change Joyce makes in the movie, she learns valuable lessons. I've been patiently waiting on this movie to be available on VHS or DVD because this is something that everyone needs to see.
