Escape Room (2019)
Meh
+ saw vibes
+ interesting concept
- terrible acting
- characters are way too bland and clichê
It's not just the characters, but the writing, the dialogues, it doesn't blend. It's a bit cringe sometimes even, and even their personalities don't blend well, it just feels forced most of the time. It's a shame the writing and the actors are so bad because the environments look really cool, it's a really interesting concept that isn't that popular, and I like how it there's saw vibes on it, that classic.
I really dislike the concept of the character that is a secret genius without proving its worth, it's just too unrealistic to be interesting or anything else more than bland.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part III (2022)
Third Sister and Leia still ruining the show.
Obi-Wan and Lord Vader are amazing to watch like this.
Third Sister and Leia are still annoying and bad actresses, really bad written roles and bad casting. I'm honestly surprised how bad the script is. It feels like a kid's show. The "so strong" Leia is just pathetic...
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part II (2022)
Only the ending is good. Everything, a mess.
I'm quite surprised how they're butchering the show with such terrible writing.
Leia is just annoying, the bad acting from the actress is hard to not notice how bad it is.
Obi-wans predictably using the force in the scene that was clearly set to happen it was way to predictable.
Obi-wan using instant transmission to get down of the rooftops.
Third Sister betrayal, also something that was clear to happen since episode 1.
There are no surprises so far. Everything is predictable. Quite boring.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part I (2022)
Wanted to love, just liked
Quite disappointed with the casting quality, Leia and Third Sister are clearly underperforming in this episode. Really and noticeable bad actresses.
Small details just are too unrealistic to not be noticed. A 4 year old outrunning adults, the kidnapper not taking away or making sure the victims droid is utterly destroyed.
Obi wan looking good as always.
Sad that the casting quality is so noticeable, hoping there will be more screening time for obi wan.
Overall disappointing start.
The Matrix Resurrections (2021)
Sadly, not on par with the previous ones.
- The fighting sequences are really weak. You don't see proficiency in the fighting, they add slow motion everywhere but it doesn't feel powerful or fast, just weak coreography with too fast cuts.
- Mr. Smith actor doesn't feel like it's Mr. Smith.
- Morpheus character isn't consistent. Sometimes a clown, sometimes Morpheus alike.
- Too much noticeable vfx on character movement. It's just distracting and doesn't convey nothing. And green screens are reallly noticeable. Wtf was this vfx budget to be this bad?
- Jada Pinkett Smith
- Half of the movie is in slow motion
- Apparently Neo only knows how to do force shield and that's it
- that doesn't feel like a Matrix.
Absurd Planet (2020)
Not funny and annoying narrator
The narration is really annoying, it's not even funny, slightest funny.
Don't waste your time.
Sonic the Hedgehog (2020)
Go see it
Kudos for the delay that the movie had in order to do it right. Really entertaining, great nostalgia references and loved to see that my nephews are getting into Sonic because of the movie, let's hope some decent games of Sonic come out in the meanwhile.
Better Watch Out (2016)
The trailer fools big time
I was really enthused to see the movie, but it's a joke. The level of unrealistic things happening for the sake of bad entertainment is just idiotic. The character development is utterly pathetic. It's a really childish movie, don't waste your time. The ending is a predictable as the typical Sunday movie.
The Graham Norton Show: Kate Winslet/Idris Elba/Chris Rock/Liam Gallagher (2017)
Losing what made it special
The kind of humor, the aspect that made it different from any other talkshow it's gone. It just felt like an interview, a few laughs here and there, but the uniqueness that made the show really interesting feels missing. You either die a hero, or see youself become the villain.
Shot Caller (2017)
Great movie, ending ruins it all.
It's really a shame to see a movie with this potential being ruined by ACT III. It just doesn't add up, the development of the character feels sometimes unreasonable. Nikolaj does an excellent job, but the way the movie goes just doesn't make sense to me, being quite easy being disappointed with ACT III.
Death Note (2017)
You know the awesome anime of Death Note? Yeah, this ain't it.
Utterly bad in so many aspects that's just appalling. Thought Netflix was smarter than this. Don't watch, it doesn't deserve your time. Terrible choice for Light, terrible actor, the character it's just idiotic to be honest. I would respect if they tried to do the Death Note, with different characters and all, but if you using the same ones, at least keep their core. Netflix clearly didn't do enough research to understand what the fans most valued in Death Note, as such, it seems having billions is not enough to have brains.
