But... Seriously (1993)
More serious than funny . . .
This is basically a travel through American history from the fifties till 1992. It tells of the events that happened then and short clips of the comedians who made fun of these events. It should be rated R for language and some adult subject material.
Dracula: Dead and Loving It (1995)
Could Have Been Much Better
This could have been a great movie, as the truely funny scenes (the staking, the fainting students, the "furniture" gag etc.) show. I think that basically the problem here was the editor. He seems to have cut out almost all the good scenes and left the horribly cliched jokes & the unnessacery violent scenes (Dracula falling from the ceiling, the bug-eating joke, Lucy sinking her teeth into the guard's neck and so on and on and on and on and on . . .) in. If he'd just compiled all the jokes that ARE in the movie into a half-hour short (or shorter), I'd have laughed my head off. As it is, we have this 90 minute long bad movie with some very funny bits scattered around. Worth watching on a rainy day, but don't say I didn't warn you.
