A twin experiment disguised as propaganda by meat industry haters
6 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
There is almost nothing about twin experiment here. Each episode is directed to spread hate about a particular type of food industry. Episode 2 meat industry hate, episode 3 pork and chicken industry hate, episode 4 fish industry hate and dairy industry hate.

Furthermore there is plenty of "half truths" being spread like when they mention methane amount produced by cows or water needed to produce cheese. They also mention unsubstantiated benefits of a vegan diet but do not even clarify that all vegans need protein and specially iron supplements in their diet.

Netflix documentaries are often biased and directed to spread lies like when they said that eating a slice of bacon is like having 5 cigarettes. In this one they claim that processed meat produces cancer.

In the end nothing changes for the twins. The fat people are still as fat after 8 weeks so what they claim are health benefits of vegan food couldn't be really noticed.

Oh and the restaurant that claim their food is produced from plants only, does mention using butter for some dishes so come on are you vegan or not.

Shameful advertisement for the new range
16 November 2022
The first two parts of the show were fine with the street legal f1 car and the race with the dirt track cars but then they showed the new Range Rover and it was pure advertisement for that car. Normally a few good and bad things are presented and a final conclusion is made but in this case nothing bad was said about that car except for the price. I mean come on rage rover are known for their lack of reliability and electronic problems and general poor quality but in the show not a single bad thing or comment or critic was made. I wonder how many changes the producers had to make to the track so that the car could go through it. I understand Range Rover is British but come on, things like this only destroys this show's objectivity. Shameful really.

First seven seasons were great. Last two not so much
10 July 2022
The Office without Steve Carell is like Two and a Half Men without Charlie Sheen. It makes no sense and it was deemed to fail and be cancelled.

First seven seasons were great. Holly was hilarious in his interaction with Michael and I am very upset it didn't last more episodes.

I finished season 7 and didn't know Michael wouldn't return. I tried season 8 and watched two episodes but without Michael it really makes no sense. I can't watch this. I didn't watch the Two and a Half Men seasons without Charlie either.

They should have stopped it when Michael left. I am surprised it even lasted two more seasons. From the dullness of s08e01 it was clear this series stood no chance.

So boring. Another indiana Jones.
4 May 2022
I really liked the games and I played and finished all three of them. It was a very entertaining game, the characters, story, and graphics were very good at the time. But the movie is just boring. There is nothing interesting or exciting. The story is poorly made and it feels as boring as the last release of Indiana Jones.

I actually fell asleep watching it and when I woke up not much had happened that could be told in 10 seconds.

Great series and Elsa is my new hero
15 March 2022
I like everything about this series. The actors, the facts, the scenery, the guns, the fights, the love, the hate. And Elsa, oh Elsa she is my new hero. So cute, not perfect, full of flaws but so lovable.

I was able to watch 10 minutes...
13 April 2021
The book was a great book but this movie is terrible. Maybe it was Fassbender. I like him in Inglorius Basterds but choosing a British guy for this role mmm I don't think it was a good idea. He doesn't even look like jobs.

And they talk and talk and talk and they want to show Jobs as an arrogant and and person but come on he wasn't that. He was a great guy ok a bit obsessed but he did great things and this movie doesn't ahow any of that.

Something is wrong with sizes and proportions in animated movies
6 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Nothing special really. A bit boring, not much of a plot.

Should have been called Godzilla vs Kong vs Super-Godzilla robot. Seriously where did that robot came from? Pure nonsense.

However what I dislike the most is the variations in sizes and proportions. The part in which Kong crushes with one hand the "helicopter" in which Eiza is traveling is beyond absurd. How big was Kong anyway? When Kong appears next to the little girl his hand was just big enough to carry her.

The laser beam or whatever beam produced by Godzilla is another absurd thing. It basically dig a hole that went through the whole planet!!! Come on!!!

Ok I like monster movies, but come on, keep their sizes and power in balance with a bit of reality. And keep them constant through the movie.

Terrible writing with an absolute senseless story
26 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The show had a good idea but the development of it is just nonsense. There are so many stupid acts committed by people in order to give the story some sense, which are beyond stupid and ridiculous and makes the whole show ludicrous. Rich judge's wife going shopping in the worst part of town and getting killed while at it, hyper rich gang boss' son riding a bike in same area, judge asking some dirty lawyer to steal his own car for him, house burnt with all people inside, hyper rich gang boss' other son in prison goes and kill innocent black man just because he is so mean and bad, lawyer working for best attorney firm in city who was very poor and now is very rich throws away her life and job for defending some gang member while uncovering corrupt police men and prison guards, guy with a camera in his car decides to blackmail a judge with a video of his kid filling his car and no one explains how he made the connection between a kid with a dirty shirt and an accident a few miles away... etc, etc, etc. Whoever wrote this won't have a writing job anymore I guess...

Good movie, interesting thriller and good acting
21 January 2021
I don't understand the bad reviews. I personally think that this was a good movie. Due to the bad ratings I actually didn't expect much but was in the end greatly surprised. My favorite part is the phone conversation between the counselor and the Mexican Lawyer (Ruben Blades), he is in real life a Harvard graduated lawyer, so no wonder he was able to speak so nicely and philosophically.

Lots of nonsense
14 January 2021
I liked the first episode, the girl meeting the orphan kid and the quest to go get the car, but then it started with too much nonsense violence and too much absurd disrespect for any kind of authority as if we lived in some kind of anarchical society. Everyone is mean to each other, everyone is disrespectful and rude and everyone destroys each others property and attack each other as if there was no rule of law anywhere. Apparently everyone in this show is uneducated, jobless and live in a society with no rules, respect or responsibility. Too much nonsense to honest.

Boring boring boring!
13 January 2021
I wanted to like this show because I liked Kaley Cuoco so much in The Big Bang Theory, but this show is crap. The storyline is really boring, and the ghost talking to her is such an unbearable nonsense. I just watched 3 episodes because I couldn't stand it anymore. Aside from the extra effort filming in Thailand and other countries there is nothing remarkable about this show.

Luc's animation terrible made
20 December 2020
I understand that it was made to go along the last jedi idea but come on the animation of Luc was terrible. Have seen better animations in tic toc. And the was Luc finished all black troopers in like seconds? Mmmm mandalorian was supposed to be such a fighter but then Luc makes him look like such a mediocre. Didn't like it. Get over those Jedis.

Good start and then it turned to nothing
3 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I liked it in the beginning, the special effects, the androids, the acting, the mystery... but then after the fifth episode... nothing... no story, no more special effects, no background story and the mystery turned to some religious nonsense. The 10th episode was the worst with the android being pregnant and giving born to a flying ultra powerful and indestructible snake, not even the thousands of degrees in the core of the planet was able to do any damage. Too much really. Ratings are too good for this one, maybe bought from some basement in Pakistan or India. Don't bother. This is not tv worth it. Oh and sadly Fimmel's acting is just the same as in Vikings.

Long Way Up (2020)

Not as interesting as the other two long way
30 September 2020
The idea of using electric bikes seemed nice in the beginning but it turn out to be a problem and a boring one as they always were trying to fin a charging point. Seems electric bikes are still a long way to go before they become mainstream in motorcycling. Claudio didn't even use one!, he was on a HD sporter I think. The constant searching for a way to charge became really annoying for viewers in my opinion and prevented them from seeing parts of chile and argentina that were "too far" from a charging point. Also the issue with the range was annoying, 140 miles a day is not really much for such a long trip, I imagine how bored they were most of the day waiting for the bikes to charge. The speed was kind of ludicrous too, riding most of the time at 40 miles per hour to preserve charge in the batteries.

Great movie. Should have a much better rating
23 September 2020
This is a great movie of a well known part of history. It has great characters and effects and they do not idolize Americans but instead give the Japanese what they deserve in terms of bravery and valor in a cruel war. I like that it was based on facts and I like most that they did not add some nonsense love story as they did in Pearl Harbor.

Boring, very boring. Don't waste your time
16 September 2020
A very boring movie with a very simple story and very poor acting. Some, nowadays simple, special effects that won't wow anyone. Acting is plain and predictable. The invisible man should have been called invisible ninja because not only he is invisible, he dodges bullets, and beats everyone with one or two punches, twists hands and places knives in other people's hands with incredible ability, off course he is invisible all the time so no one know how he manages to do all that. Don't waste your time. This movie is. Ot worth it

Not as good as the book
7 June 2020
I watched the series and it was ok I would have given it an 8 but then I read the actual book and I have to lower the rating to 5 or even less. I would never undertand why they couldn't make the series true to the book. The book is real and excelent. The story is good enough. Biggest difference is the travel to Germany, it did not make much sense to me in the series but ok. But this is nowhere in the book. Why did they have to add it? Adding action and suspense to the original story just spoils it unnecessarily.

The "bad" jew accompanying the offended husband and then finding a gun in germany to threaten the running away bride is just stupid. Normal people don't do that. Why would anyone risk years of prison carrying a gun in a country with such strick gun control laws. Making the hasidic look as bad boys is just silly.

Some of the best series I have seen are true to the books they are based on or with minimum changes. This is not the case here but I do recommend reading the book.

Good series but...
17 April 2020
I liked it from the beginning but the idea that everything is predicted is too much. Quantum theory is baseD on probabilities as is big data if everything was on rails what would be thE point then... In west world they have this big ass computer that makes excellent predictions but are just that predictions.

Bad Boys (1995)
3/10
A little funny but the story is terrible
2 April 2020
One thing I didn't understand is how Mike (Smith) became rich. In the other bad boys they labeled him as a wealthy police but didn't say where he got his money from, but in this one he was poor and joined the police and then went and work undercover for some mexican Cartel and fell in love with the wife of the Cartel's boss, so where did he get his money from? Should we assume he was a corrupt police man, who while working undercover for the cartel got very rich?

That is how absurd the whole story is. Smith's role was just plain, and Lawrence's was a bit funny but the whole story is just stupid and there is way too much violence with brutal killings and shootings and dismembered innocent people, which seems to be unnecessary.

Worst of all in the end they leave the door open for another one in which Smith and his newly found son will be working together.

By the way Bad Bunny looks terrible, fat, ugly, untidy, unhealthy, a complete sociopath, just what he probably is in real life.

Disappointing use of CGI
27 March 2020
The movie is ok but there are too many CGI errors. The "extensive" use of CGI and the fact that it was not even filmed in Alaska is a really big disappointment. The fire in the scene in which "the bad guy" is killed is just terrible. The sizes of the dogs are all kinda wrong or changing through the movie. The mastiff looks really small compared with the other dogs. CGI should be left for sci-fi movies and its usage in action movies should be limited. In this case go and train some dogs and do something real.

Great and full on the spirit of star trek
26 March 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I don't know why people keep saying this is not star trek. It is ver much so. From the graphics to the acting to the fights to the teachings. One of the teachings from star trek is to understand that death is something unavoidable for human beings and that has always been there. In next generation when Lt. Tasha yard died and Data was sad but didn't understand why and Picard saw that Data had a hologram of her, and then explained to Data that humans have finally understood that death is something unavoidable and have stopped trying to live forever. And this is again here when Data wants to be switched off because live for him, a droid, has to be finite and this is what Picard taught him. For me the series is great, I give it a 10 because all the feelings it raised on me. From the memories of my childhood watching next generation to the great acting of Picard and Data and even the new ones like Rios and Soji. I don't know about a next season. I would leave it at this but that is just my opinion.

Just great!
13 March 2020
Great episode. Very well made it keeps all the spirit of star trek. Rios's history clarifies a lot in this episode and he is a great actor. Rios's holograms are fantastic. Picard acting is great and he reminds me of the super judge that Dworkin mentions in his law lessons. Data's daughter is just like Data but more human and very smart. Data was my favorite always. The bad romulans are not just plain bad, they are bad for a reason, and a valid one is is not just pure evil but fear of droids and what they did. One could not avoid thinking they could even be right, and so does Rios. Just great. A 10 well deserved.

The Outsider (2020)

From good to not so good to terrible ending
10 March 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The series started good, good acting, good effects, excellent HBO production but as the chapters progressed it became dull and simple and the ending was just not interesting or exciting. The coco or cuco didn't even put up a fight in the end and we didn't know what it wanted where it came from or anything at all. It was just killed with a stone. I mean if it was so powerful to control all those minds and cause all that pain and even sort of remote control the pain a nape infection caused by it produced, how come it was killed so easily. Also the infected and brained controlled cop killing almost every one on set and then just committing suicide.... mmm come on. I don't know if the series is true to the book but fact is after the first episode I wanted to read it but not anymore.

Why the bad reviews?
6 February 2020
This is a great show, I don't understand why they poor score. 7.5 does not do justice. It is well made, real interactions, real people with problems and addictions and hobbies, like the police boss with the two girls and the police with the gambling problem, and the immigrants dealing drugs which are untouched and the rampant racism in Germany in all generations... There is suspense, and there is an interesting story and there are lots of real life issues. For me is a 9 but in order to increase the score I give it a 10.
