That was so toxic and problematic that I'm still baffled after ending season 1. That was rape and we all know it. Let's not sugar coat what Daphne did.

Just... awkward. A crime against the first movie.

They have so much more chemestry in real life, when both of them have partners, than in this movie, that's made around "their love". The whole movie was simply this: AWKWARD. There were some parts i could not watch with a straight face or eyes open... Cheesy, predictable, badly directed, terrible screenplay... it seemed like the only thing they wanted to do was ruin the perfection the first movie was and be a corny basic teen romcom
I've read the books, and while the second one is not the best, it's not nearly as bad as the movie. Also, the first movie is the closest thing to being better than the book you can get. So i was just sad, frustrated and disappointed, because i wanted to love it with all of my heart, just like i did the first one. I knew it would be different and the first one is usually better, but i didn't expect it to be so.. bad. Damn it...
They are really good actors, but couldnt shine through with this screenplay and directions in my opinion.
