The Resident: One Bullet (2022)
Inaccurate and deceptive
Anyone who works in a hospital can tell you that this episode is horribly inaccurate, and not for dramatic reasons, but for political reasons. I love drama as much as the next person but I hate silly personal bias such as this being worked into shows. The entire show is based on lies, not drama.
First, the number of people involved with the GSW is highly exaggerated. A GSW victim requires no more attention than many other traumas. Many people are involved with every case at a hospital and many require more involvement than this.
Second, a hospital does not run with ORs fully booked like shown unless they are poorly ran. What do you think hospitals do when there are mass traumas, such as bud accidents, car pileups, etc.? ALL hospitals keep ORs open for emergencies. If a hospital truly operated the way this one did then they deserve to get shutdown.
Third, can we PLEASE stop showing doctors and surgeons running imaging equipment? RTs perform scans with equipment such as a CT and MR, not doctors. Also, please stop using MR sounds for a CT. A CT does NOT sound like a magnet.
New Amsterdam (2018)
This is why the show is ending.
It's sad to see a show with so much potential take such an uneducated position and portray politics and decisions incorrectly. Anyone with a couple brain cells knows that the Supreme Court didn't make abortion illegal. All it did was put it in the hands of the states instead of having the federal government putting their noses in it.
The protesting and signs shown in the episode portray a complete lack of morality, decency, intelligence, and accountability. I find it sickening that a hospital is not willing to stand up for the rights of an unborn child.
No, the government is not infringing on people's rights.
FBI: Ambition (2022)
Anti gun nut is off the deep end.
It should come as no surprise that Ann would stop at nothing to try and paint firearms and their owners in a bad light. It was sweet justice to see her get what she deserved.
I love OA's integrity and willingness to back Tiff, even though it will hurt his future. He is the epitome of honor.
Resident Alien (2021)
One of the funniest shows I've seen in a long time.
While the sci-fi is just so-so, the comedy is there. The sci-fi is enough to just give the story a backdrop but I think the core genre of this show is it's comedy. It's come close to making me spit out my drink more than once.
Debris (2021)
Love this show
Very intriguing and has me hooked. It is missing some storyline that could make it better but it has great promise. I sure hope another network picks this up. Super disappointed to see it canceled.
The Good Doctor: Vamos (2021)
Claire better not be leaving.
Claire is such a large part of this show that I think it'd be a mistake to write her off. She's such a good balance to the other characters.
A Million Little Things: Junior (2021)
What started as a great episode died a horrible death.
Really? Floyd is brought in at the end of the show? The show has a lot of great sub-stories, such as with Gary's dad and Danny. An incident involving a power hungry officer gets turned into something it's not and gets splattered all over the shows we used to love.
Stumptown (2019)
Wishing Stumptown would return
I really liked Stumptown and am disappointed it won't be returning.
Coroner: One Drum (2020)
Too much political BS
This episode could've been good but it's horribly overshadowed by political crap.
Tyler Perry's Young Dylan (2020)
Absolutely horrible show
Horrible actors. Horrible writing. My kids can't stand to watch it. They thought they would love it but they gave up on it very quickly.
The Good Doctor: I Love You (2020)
Think I'm done watching.
If Melendez dies and Shaun ends up with that hoe, I'm done. Melendez helps make the show and if he is truly dead, a big part of the show is dead also. I also can't stand Lea and having Shaun get back with her just ruins it for me.
Deputy (2020)
And it had such promise....
I would be in love with this show if it weren't for the political bias and push. Can't we just have drama without politics? If I wanted politics I'd watch the news.
New Amsterdam: Sabbath (2020)
Quickly losing interest in this show.
The show is really becoming a political show piece. It's full of BS like getting a bill code for racism and offering prenatal care for undocumented mothers. Come on. Let a show be a show without trying to shove politics down our throats. If I want politics I'll watch the news.
