Wahl Street (2021)
TAKE AWAY THE ACTOR, WATCH THE SHOW
I had no expectations. I'll be honest, I did not seek this out. His work ethic as an actor is what kept me watching. I also knew the back up story of how he got his acting career. And to see him still thriving is interesting in itself. Entourage was fun in theory, but doesn't seem far fetched for him.
His work ethic is insane. And I think this shows if you are an entrepreneur...you do just that. Interesting to watch it during Covid. But his realism for investing, not just doing what you're good at, AND family kept me more interested. Living in 2022, it's more realistic than maybe starting it shortly after the shut down and how different states reacted.
Spiderhead (2022)
Your fav actors create a thought provoking movie
You see the ques of what you are supposed to pick up on. The man in charge is trying to create something, but with all his damage you know it won't work out.
The talk behind each "treatment" is all about the emotions we technically have the ability to control. And ones like love...you can never control or create. Shame plays a large role. And you can never forget. There is nothing to forget. Very thought provoking if you want to go there.
I thought it was well done and different roles for our main guys.
Miss Americana (2020)
Haven't been a huge fan, I have been interested in what fame does to Artists.
I am a stubborn soul, Artists, sitcoms, etc. become popular I and I wasn't part of it, I don't want to jump on the band wagon. I have like her music, but never a huge fan. I think she is funny. But never understood the obsession. I do however hate seeing young fame happen because you very rarely see them mature in to healthy adults. And some have good support systems but it would still be HARD to grow up and not be so psychologically messed up and constantly trying to figure yourself out. And in this documentary I think they/she did a good job explaining her growth. These stars are HUMAN BEINGS. Trying to please million, billions of people through their success. And it's only gotten more messed up by adding social media. A 24/7 second to second reminder if the world loves or hates you. This wasn't a pure story of her life. It more seemed to be a break down of a PART of it. I respect her openness. And sure, I would want to explain myself and have a piece of the world accept me too. So to the harsh comments, "pitty party" you are human and would want to be accepted. For those that hate her for Kanye, a part of him feels better saying out load he is bipolar. We're human. EVEN celebrities. Very cool documentary that flowed evenly and wasn't confusing. Well made.
Falling Inn Love (2019)
I'll do a dorky romcom, but no chemistry.
And how is that possible? His body and they are both pretty adorable. Oh well. Can't force it.

If anything LOVE ONE ANOTHER
I'm half way through, and I have heard about this documentary. I think LDS famous people are even more famous when they are Mormon. They broke some awkward barrier. But how often they are still firm to their faith? IDK.? I do know I love the respect you are giving this. I am Mormon. I have one extreme to the other in my heritage. So walk in someone else's shoes has always been the piece that I hope help me to connect more to Christ. God is fair. That is what I have always thought with this topic. I am firm in my faith. I respect the church for never changing with the times. If it is scripture, it is fact. The Bible should have never fit the religion, the religion should live by the word. So if on this earth, the fact is the same...I do know God is fair. In every situation. I may not be gay, but my soul mate chose drugs over me and our family. I don't know if I can love again. But I am grateful that I felt it. And on the flip side, the level of hurt to know it and not be able to find it again...may not make sense to anyone. All I can say is I see your faith, I see your pure heart's intent with this show, and when you both started singing Love One Another....I lost it. Love.
