Running Wilde (2010)
let's start advertising great shows before they're cancelled!
I love this show! the combination of wit and charm on arnett's behalf is wonderful along with the whole cast. this show out-did my original opinion. Sadly shows like Running Wilde and Arrested Development are not nearly as popular as they should be and I blame advertising. With great shows like this you splurge on advertising and this show evidently did not. a small downfall leads to big regret, sadly this show has been cancelled. I just need to repeat. WILL ARNETT: your shows are hilarious! give them a chance and advertise! I didn't even know about this until hulu showed it on my recommendations list and i regret not watching it sooner!!!
Bones: The Change in the Game (2011)
*Spoiler* My review
I was honestly disappointed in the last four minutes of this episode. The fact that Deschanel is pregnant in real life should not have manipulated the television story plot. I understand this would have been pretty difficult to maneuver around but it would have been worth it. Brennan and Booth's relationship has always been that of logic and the story line has always made sense but the fact that they are eligibly having a baby does not add up. I was generally just disappointed with the end. I feel that the fact that they are having a baby will eventually put an end to the story, it will suffocate and die.
For positive news:
Angela and Hodgins had their baby! What a cute baby it was! They discovered it wasn't blind and that was a definite cry moment for the show.
Overall, great show, great season finale. Can't wait to see what Hanson has for us next. SO excited for next time.
Bones: Pilot (2005)
BONES: series analysis
After watching all of the BONES episodes from the beginning of the series to the end I fell in love with the emotional depth that Boreanaz, Deschanel, and the whole gang portray through these characters. The last episode I watched, season 6 episode 22, showed the true depths Boreanaz and Deschanel are willing to go through to make this story as authentic as possible. Although I am not a huge fan of Thyne, Conlin, or Taylor's acting I am a huge fan of their characters. The family-like atmosphere is heart warming and enticing. Hart Hanson has definitely pinned the tail on the donkey, straight on.
Ps. I love the fact that Deschanel's character is rough and tough from the beginning to now but (character flaw) the fact that she is nonchalant during interrogation (s1e1) instead of being on the offensive is a definite over-looked detail to the show. *
* I love how Booth has helped Brennan grow as a person and I love that they are growing together, I don't know how their romance will work out but I know that they have the best writers and producers on the case.
This episode might trump all.
