Money Plane (2020)
Frasier finally broke
There's an easy way to enjoy this film
Get a few beers in you, sit down with some mates, then imagine that after years of helping the mentally unwell, Frasier Crane lost his mind and became a gangland boss obsessed with fine art.
If that's your background, then it's hilarious. If not, then it's a sub-par action flick that needs a miss
The I-Land (2019)
Bad in every respect
The premise had me. You wake up on a paradise Island with no idea how you got there and no memory of who you are.
That's where the good in this ends. The acting is wooden, the scripts are unbelievable, the plot is nonsensical. The whole is just very very bad and isn't worth any of your time
Christmas Eve '45 (2012)
Awful
Oh it's just so bad. The camera work is grainy, the picture is too dark, theres inconsistencies in the acting, the plot maks very little sense.
If you have 16 mins to spare, watch anything other than this
Saving Private Ryan (1998)
THE definative war film to date
I dare you to find a better war film than this. It is the most historically accurate war movie there has been. The cast is top notch, with some of the biggest names taking all the parts, providing the best mix of people becoming a new family on the battle field. The plot is as real to life as any. The reactions potrayed by each actor to the near pointless mission they are sent on shows the contrast between the people sent to war, yet they all pull together and march to the beat of the drummer.
To sum up, watch this film. If there was a list of film that had to be watched before you die, this would be number 1 on my list
