Dexter: New Blood (2021–2022)

I love this season overall but the ending

It was such pleasure watching the world's best anti hero again. I enjoyed directing and the atmosphere. Michael C Hall's performance was delicious. Harrison was a good choice imo. I wish we could keep watching this new dynamic between Dexter and his son. Enough material for many more seasons. There was so much more to learn. The ending was rushed and left us fans with a big disappointment.

This show is so cringy. It is trying to cover the super stupid script with unnecessary dose of sex. Dancers are really good but their acting is so weak that you can't stand watching. I only enjoyed dance performances. It is entertaining yet it is just that. Like a poor copy of Flesh and Bone.

I don't know where to begin; Dashaun Wesley is unbelievable as a host. He and MikeQ are doing absolutely fantastic job for every single performance. Make up and costume design are sickening!! Design team deserves a big round of applause for doing such successful job for every house and every member. Pace is a little bit too fast for me sometimes. I often rewind not to miss the choreographies. All in all great production!

Ryan Murphy aimed for a glamorous, fun and colorful movie but nothing quite works. Extravagant performances, very very cliche songs with lots of unnecessary long notes and yelling, nothing worth re-listening. A bad musical. Don't fall for fake comments.

Captive State (2019)

Great picture great sound

It deserves a solid 8 only with its amazing sound editing. Yes it is a slow-burn script but soundtrack and effects are so well done they carry the movie to another level and keep the audience alert all the time.

A patiently knitted story with beautiful and suffocating aesthetic. I enjoyed it till the end. The last few minutes were over the top. Definitely one of my all time favorite alien stories. Don't expect the usual sci-fi crash boom bang.
