Not a bad movie but the TV show is much better.
10 August 2006
Warning: Spoilers
I saw this movie several years before the TV show was released & this movie is an OK vampire movie. IIRC, I saw this movie around 1993/1994 on TV & I like it considering that I love horror movies/vampire movies.

This is a lightheaded comedy starring Kristy Swanson as Buffy, a blonde girl who finds out that she is the Slayer & that vampires are in LA. She is trained by Merrick who is her first watcher. This is an OK comedy movie but, unfortunately, the movie is a toned down version of Joss Whedon's original script which was much more darker than the final version of this movie.

Look for Paul Reubens aka Pee-Wee Herman as a vampire.

This movie lead to the creation of the Buffy The Vampire Slayer TV show which is much, much better than this movie. The TV show is based on the original script for this movie.

If you have only seen the TV show, you will probably not like this movie. But if you can, watch this movie to see what Buffy was before Joss created the TV series.

Very Good Documentary on the Gangster film genre
13 February 2006
This is a very good documentary on the gangster film genre from the early days up until today. This documentary deals with movies such as Scarface (the original from 1932 & the remake from 1983), Goodfellas, etc & the actors who made the gangster genre such as Edward G. Robinson, James Cagney & Humpfrey Bogart.

This documentary explains the fascination that people have with gangsters & also the stories of real gangsters such as Al Capone, John Dillinger, Bonnie & Clyde, etc. Even real gangsters such as Henry Hill are interviewed.

This documentary shows how people love the gangsters even though they are evil.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen
7 March 2005
It's Pat is one of the worst movies which I have ever seen. I've see many B-movies & they aren't as bad as this piece of garbage.

I recorded this movie off one of the premium channels last year because it's one of the only SNL movies I have never seen. After watching this movie, I want my 2 hours of my life lost to this movie back.

Stay away from this movie. If you want to watch movies based on SNL skits, watch Blues Brothers, Wayne's World 1 & 2 & Coneheads. Heck, even Stuart Saves His Family is better than It's Pat.

I despise this movie & I give it 1 star out of 10 because it's such an awful movie. I'm open minded but this movie sucks.

OK movie.
2 February 2004
Sabrina the Teenage Witch in Friends Forever is an ok movie except for the voices. I like this movie & it is a cute movie. The problems have to do with the voices. First of all, the new voice for Salem (Louis Chirillo) doesn't have the same feeling that Nick Bakay bought to Salem & the new voice of Salem is kind of annoying. The new voice of Sabrina (Britt McKillip) is ok but Emily Hart pulls off a better Sabrina voice. Where's Uncle Quigley? They should have put Uncle Quigley in this movie as a cameo. They have Uncle Eustace (voice by Jay Brazeau. He also did the voice of Uncle Quigley on Sabrina, The Animated Series). Enchantra looks older in this movie (Enchantra look really young in Sabrina, The Animated Series). The new voices of Hilda & Zelda sound strange (Melissa Joan Hart does a better impression of Hilda & Zelda on Sabrina, The Animated Series).

This movie is ok & it does have a great amount of humor except for the fact that the new voices sound kind of out of place in this movie. DIC should have gotten Emily Hart, Nick Bakay & Melissa Joan Hart to voice the characters that they did in Sabrina, The Animated Series.

Good Show
20 January 2004
Sabrina the Animated Series is a good show even though it strays from the Sabrina, The Teenage Witch sitcom & comic. The characters are different in the cartoon. Sabrina is much younger. Zelda & Hilda are also much younger & hipper than the sitcom. Salem is the best & Salem is still as funny as he is in the sitcom.

The voice are also different. Emily Hart is the voice of Sabrina. Melissa Joan Hart does the voices of Zelda & Hilda. Nick Bakay does the voice of Salem (Nick Bakay does the voice of Salem on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch).

The show is different but it is also good. My favorite episode is the Driver ED episode. IMO, the reason why people don't like this show is because people expected it to be just Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.

Was once a great show but has gone downhill
20 January 2004
Sabrina, The Teenage Witch was once a great show but it has gone downhill over the past several seasons. The high school seasons are the best but when Sabrina went from ABC to WB, this is where the show went downhill because when Sabrina went to college, the show lost its charm. The show lost its charm during the college years because Sabrina moved out of her aunt's house, she didn't use her magic that much.

The high school years of Sabrina, The Teenage Witch are excellent because it has a very good amount of great characters such as Mr. Kraft, Valarie, Libby, et al. My favorite character was Mr. Pool but Mr. Pool was only featured in the first season of Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.

The Edge (1992–1993)
Good show but unfortuntly it didn't last long
20 January 2004
The Edge is a good show but unfortuntly, this show only lasted one season. Everything about this show is great but my favorite sketch is the Three Stooges sketch. I watched this show when it was on FOX in 1992 & I was sad to see this show go. This show pushed the envelope when it came to sketch comedy.

The Edge featured Jennifer Aniston (before she became popular on Friends) & Wayne Knight (before he became famous on Seinfeld. Paul Feig (Mr. Pool from Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. Season 1 only), et al.
