Amazing!

Warning: Spoilers
This movie was great. Besides the fact that it was a long movie, I enjoyed it. At first, I wasn't so sure about who had been cast, wasn't thinking about their acting skills. I was thinking about looks. I went into this movie extremely excited but also a little nervous that it wouldn't live up to the books. Of course, Suzanne wouldn't let her movie fail, because of the person she is, but some people these days. Once it goes into a movie they don't think about details. I was upset that they didn't weave the flowers into Rue or use the tributes eyes for the mutant wolves but those are just tiny things. I was glad they didn't mess up the huge parts. I do hope for the best, that they will make the second movie as good as the first. The one thing they could've done a bit more though, was used soundtrack music. Wish they would've used the music during the movie, not just in the credits. That's the one thing I would like to see in the future. But other than that, I wish them good luck. They have big plans set out for them ahead.

The Lorax: Kid Friendly and Enjoyable for All
25 March 2012
I enjoyed this movie. Yes, the fact that Taylor Swift's voice was featured maybe did add and extra bonus for me (I'm a huge fan) but it also made me think. It made me think about how kids are the future, we are the world and if we don't do anything, nothing will change. It will only grow worse. And this is why I think the movie sends the huge message. Not only was it funny, it made you think. And that's the whole point. Kids will make the future.. So know what you want to do and do it. Just like Ted. Be the person you want to be. Dr. Seuss may not be here now, but it doesn't mean we can't listen to what he's written. We can change the world.

Sorry....

Warning: Spoilers
I saw all these good reviews, and I just came to put in my opinion. Personally, I was not impressed by this movie. First, the plot was just plain dry. It was missing that kick of sugar. I mean, people, not being able to find water. Who made up this plot? Because I was not excited, scared or feeling any emotions during this movie. All I was feeling was boredness. At the time, I had not seen many other movies with Johnny Depp. Just one. That was the 2010 remake of "Alice in Wonderland." I was blown away by his performance. My friend had seen his "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies and loved them. I believed in him. Then, I saw this. I mean, it is aimed at kids yet, they said he** and one of the characters started to say the b word but was blocked out by another noise in the movie. Then, there was that snake. He was totally scary. I was even a little freaked. Then, there were guns? In what kids movie is there guns?! Anyway, this has been the worst Nickelodeon movie I have seen in my life.

So Funny!!!!!
21 August 2011
Warning: Spoilers
Just got back from seeing "The Smurfs" with one of my friends, my little sister, my mom and my friend's mom. My friend, thought it was okay, she only laughed at the part when all the Smurfs attacked Gargamel. My sister laughed contagiously throughout the movie, like when Gargamel peed in the bucket at the restaurant or when he got attacked. I, too, laughed throughout, at all the absolute funny parts. Even my mother and my friend's mother laughed throughout. There was also this little boy, sitting behind us that laughed so loudly, it was super funny. My father didn't go, but, we have decided when this movie comes out on DVD, we are buying it and watching it with him. I did not have very high expectations for this movie but, after seeing it, I am thinking about asking someone to take me again! Definitely go see this, with any age, all will love it!

Amazing!!

Warning: Spoilers
I went to this at midnight and it was super worth it!! Between Mrs. Wesley's special line and the fighting, it was just like the book. You should go see it if you haven't!! It was an epic ending to an epic series and I don't know if there will anything as epic ever again. I begin reading these a while back and now I own all the movies and books plus a tee shirt. I never imagined I could be so hooked. So if you are a fan, or you're looking for a movie to see, I recommend Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. The ending death was epic, along with the sadness of losing Tonks, one of the Wesley twins and many more. So, sit back, relax and enjoy it. It will last for generations to come.
