The Last American Virgin (1982)
"We sure can use one like "Edsel" for this movie!
In 1974, I graduated from my local, high school as an 18 year old boy virgin. The only thing worse than "Gay Boys" were "boy virgins". Seen this movie in 1982 proved by status as a "boy virgin" was worse than being a Birmingham Church Bomber or the guy who killed JFK or the crew that killed Sharon Tate or 4 Kent State Students who proved they are men or blowing up a black church and leave no survivors to be men to show they have what it takes like Jack Ruby's reason to shoot Oswald & he did to show that jews have guts! I graduated from my high school as a boy virgin & people in my high school decided I had no right to graduate from my local high school on June 8, 1974 & should been shot dead at a carry out the night before high school graduation, I'm sure I'm gonna get done in like Sharon Tate or Denise McNair of 9/15 incident. One scene was great was one guy who does a total comment providing the date to be (Diane Franklin) by paying for her abortion which was the equal of killing 4 Kent State Students, blowing up a black church in Birmingham, September 15, 1963 and taking Oswald out on live TV and shown by photographer Robert J. Jackson. Then the twist is that Ms. Franklin goes back to the guy that got her pregnant & the hero goes home in tears as the credit closes, Saw that in September, 1982 at a local theatre on SR 161. I found the movie with good and bad scenes, but from 1968 thru 1974, I did not have a surplus population of sons or daughters who were sired after me & yet one like me was going to be fixed until the likes of Lt. Calley & Charles Manson & Chuck Starkweather was supposed to defend my honor like The Japanese did to American POWS by beheading them with samurai swords. And yet when I graduated from my local high school on June 8, 1974 being a boy virgin was a big "dishonor" should have been blown away by a black girl with a 1952 Packard Limousine hearse. However when I saw "The Last American Virgin" I saw myself like the hero in the story. And I think he should get a medal of honor what he did for Diane Franklin's character in the movie. And the guy who got Franklin's girl pregnant should pay the price and the comment would the same as The Coachman from Disney's Pinocchio would say! " YOU BOYS HAD ALL YER FUN! NOW PAY FOR IT!" However I'm not ashamed to been a 23 year old virgin. That's how old The South Korean dude was when he did Easter Monday massacre on April 16, 2007 at Virginia Tech. He did take 32 people out before he left an honorable demise like the Japanese did when they crashed a plane on an US Aircraft Carrier toward the end of WWII in Japan. I do have the movie and the soundtrack on vinyl & liked the story. But in some stories the tearful kid will get a medal of honor like the 4 girls did when Obama was in the White House for the second term. There wasn't any girls silmar to "Edsel" in my life & she would fill Ponytail's void she would be the one who removed my status as a "boy virgin" and wouldn't end up killed like Matt Sheppard in the end.
Convoy (1978)
Dirty Lyle Vs. Titan
Ernest Borgnine can take punishment as well as dishing it out. He survived the make of Willard when the rats got him. As Dirty Lyle Wallace the shakedown Sheriff he doesn't like strange dudes who drive a 1957 Plymouth Fury & accidentally pees on Dirty Lyle because he was nervous about Dirty Lyle & then it started in the men's room. Then other things happen to Dirty Lyle. He gets beaten up by 4 black girls and they tell him if any black church is bombed in Arizona, they will come for him or his relatives or pets, if they find what there looking for it's dead and they spit on him. Then he faces a black boy on a bicycle and throws a grenade inside his car. Lyle escapes & gets another issue car & his guys are going after The Independent Truckers and encounter something from a bad LSD Trip. 5 witches on broomsticks and 9 WWII Japanese Planes and pilots following orders from The Wicked Witch of the West & they take out Lyle's enforcers & spare Lyle. Then last but not least a 1952 Henney-Packard Limousine hearse & the truck from Duel & Lyle sees the black girl/driver of the hearse and she wears an attire that looks like "Charles Starkweather meets Esther Williams". In short a motorcycle jacket a black one & a white swimsuit. And Dirty Lyle is scared when the hearse driver opens the side door of the cargo area & there is a dead man with a sheet on him & looks like Dirty Lyle & the truck from Duel is her reinforcement. It's okay for Sheriff Lyle Wallace to shake down independent truckers, but not okay to meet "Titan" and his buddies. Leave the man named Titan alone & his 1957 Plymouth Fury and his allies. This material could have been used in Convoy to put some punch in it. That's it man!
The Twilight Zone: Evergreen (2002)
What if Capt. Brainard totaled The Community of Evergreen?
I did see the episode and I decided the community should pay the price that God did to Sodom & Gomorrah & Harry Truman did to Hiroshima & Nagasaki thru a spirit of a Navy Captain named Marcus Brainard who died saving his country on the anniversary of "Birmingham Sunday" and became a powerful spirit than he was as a mortal. And the story line is equal to The Bible about getting Lot & his family out of Sodom or Gomorrah. This time it's The Community of Evergreen & Capt. Brainard was going to do it for Jenna Winslow. So he sent two agents Preston Presley & Waldo Magoo (From the 1960-61 Mr. Magoo Series). (Equals of the two angels visiting Lot & his kinfolks) the equal of Lot is a man named Jim Period & his wife & two daughters and a live-in Brother-in-law. Waldo & Presley arrives in Evergreen and tells Jim Period that Operation Apocalypse will hit Evergreen and they should get their gear and their mini van ready to evacuate at all costs. Then the guys of The local "Man's Club" want to ask the agents some questions & do things to them what The Japanese did to their prisoners in WWII. However Jim Period refuses to turn Waldo & Presley to them & decided to take Jim Period's Family instead. However Waldo & Presley shields the house with a blinding light & the "Men's Club" group are blinded. Then at 8:16 AM. Operation Apocalypse is started & there is a mushroom cloud in the sky & at gun point, Jim's brother in law, Casey wants out of the mini-van & the van continues to go & Casey is vaporized & becomes a pillar of salt (Like Lot's wife in the Bible & the victims of Hiroshima, Japan) And ends up being re-located in another community. Capt. Brainard's mission of "Operation Apocalypse" been completed & Jenna Winslow has been avenged. It seemed that Capt. Brainard has taken justice in his own hands again.
Circus of Horrors (1960)
I saw this at a Drive-In back in the 1960s
There is a song I liked in the movie, Garry Miles' song, "Look for a Star" and I have other versions of the song from other groups. The poster once said it was for Adults Only and it's tame compared to Elm Street Movies. The song, "Look for a Star" is a good slow dance tune and can be used to end a disaster or an end of the world movie and have a mismatched couple dancing to the song as the credit roles are on the screen. However the main player gets it in the end. I like the posters where it reads, "He turned the greatest show on earth into a Circus of Horrors". This was a drive-in & Theatre classic & I have a copy of the movie in DVD form. It's scary but not as scary being taken away in an ancient hearse by some strange girl. To Be Continued, Marcus Brainard. So you end a movie in a great way, play "Look for a Star" as the credits roll.
Cooley High (1975)
There were wrong cars in the movie - cop car was a '65 Belvedere
There are black men who hate their kind, Uncle Ruckus & Hardtop Jones and from their mouths. This is a good movie showing the real, God-honest truth on how African-Americans are portrayed and called The Honest Truth. Both Hardtop & Uncle Ruckus loved, Damon in the movie & rooted for him. Eric Monte who wrote the movie perhaps didn't know there were some "strange" black girls who drove unusual cars like a 1959 Edsel, 1958 Plymouth Fury or a 1955 Packard Clipper and shared names with movie stars, one example, "Esther Williams", a name that an actress had and 32 African-American girls/women state their name is a blessing and a curse at the same time. Uncle Ruckus & Hardtop Jones enjoyed the scene when Cochise gets his in the end & rooted for Stone & Robert & Damon. However Stone & Robert & Damon will show respect to a strange black girl with a red & white, 1959 Edsel Corsair. However the scene with The Gorilla at the zoo was portrayed by Dr. Arthur Nagan from "Marvel Comic's "Gorilla Man" he's the guy with a gorilla body and a human head. All he had to do was put a gorilla full mask aka helmet and pass himself off as the gorilla at the zoo who gave Pooter a going away present at the zoo. The white client who got taken by Rooster is so bad I wouldn't wish that on my own enemies & even Cobra Commander of G.I. Joe. Some of the "Soul Operas" were returned portrayed by whites. If Cooley High was done by white performers. The music would be covered Motown classics covered by country singers & The Cadillac used in the chase scene would be An a Cadillac Escalade & when the chase is on by the cops the group would sing the theme of "Speed Racer" while the chase is on. In the movie house scene, "Christine" can be used for the movie and I would portray "Preach's Father" and his brothers & sisters would be quints 3 of them brothers and 2 are sisters who want "Daddy" to whip the heck out of Preach because he had a naked girl in his bedroom. My portrayal of a single father is always the wife left the husband and took everything & left him to the kids stereotype figure. However Preach's father would say to the 5 brothers & sisters, "When I get thru with Leroy, You guys will be next!" However the ending will be the same & The Vice-Principal in the school will be portrayed by a former bad-ass in the 1970s who made good. Eric Monte did a good job & it's too bad he's living in a tent near a dumpster today. Cooley High is the favorite movie of Uncle Ruckus & Hardtop Jones. However Eric Monte never saw a black girl wearing a black motorcycle jacket & a white swimsuit and drove a 1952 Henney-Packard Hearse also. When you see her, it means Cochise is going to get his in the end. From Marcus Brainard
The Wanderers (1979)
Alan Rosenberg deserves his Oscar as "Turkey".
This was a good movie about growing up in The Bronx in 1963, where the country was going thru unfortunate events of 1963. The actor who did "Terror" was great & played an inmate in "Stir Crazy" and used his aide to let the inmates escape. The Ducky Boys were great and I wonder what they did when President Kennedy got shot? The Ducky Boys are a classic gang that I would keep a long distance from. I wonder if they respect strange black girls in vintage funeral cars, 1951-54 Packard Funeral Cars?
I did like the Marine Recruiter because he reminds the spirit of B.B. Daniel a man who's estate was also on a corner & when his area becomes a building center. The Marine guys would say, "I got a way for all of you to stomp all the heads you want & make the world safe for democracy at the same time." And despite Turkey is in the group, they leave him behind & screaming for his departed buddies and crying out the name of "Terror" like he was some god-like being. It looked like no one saved Turkey from The Ducky Boys. In the book when they called in confession they would get 10 lashes with a car antenna & both the priest and the receiver bow to each and shakes hands because being part of The Ducky Boys, you take punishment as you dish it out. Poor Turkey and proved he made a bad choice in his life. Terror & Pee Wee reminds me of my grandfather & his second wife if they were their ages. Erland was a great, Terror. As for Alan Rosenberg he should got supporting Oscar as Turkey & yelling, "TERROR, BALDIES, WHERE ARE YOU? SAVE ME TERROR! I'M GOING TO BE KILLED BY THE DUCKY BOYS!" Alan showed us he's a good actor. The Night That Panicked America (1975)
A bedtime story for a grown old man
I caught wind of this story when I was a 8th Grade student at my middle school and in 1971 saw the 1953 Movie where it took place in Los Angeles, and in January, 1973 picked up a 2 record set that tells the Howard Koch Story. I also saw The Night America Panicked on TV in 1975 & I do have CD Copies of the radio show. My father heard it in 1938 as a 13 year old kid & he was hip about The Mercury Theatre, to him it was just another story. In 1968, Jefferson Kaye did versions of WOTW in 1968, 1971 & 1975 on The WKBW Radio show. In 1988 there was a 50th Anniversary of it & had Jason Robards playing Orson's Richard Pierson & The Roosevelt part was handed to Vice-President George E.W. Bush. Today I use the radio show to put myself to sleep. I also covered The 2005 Version and the tripods remind me of a "Christine" car shooting lasers from the parking lights & inboard lights zapping people right & left & the trumpet noise was great. also a boy similar to Bill Cosby did smear Jello on the floor and set the sofa on fire to keep The Martians from coming in the results his father got injured and broke his arm & for two years would intro his son & make his son tell about how he burned a $100.00 sofa & broke his father's arm saving the house from The Martians. 4 Little Girls (1997)
All we did was awaken Esther Starkweather and filled her heart with a terrible resolve!
I was 8 years old when it happened & I was 5 days away from a tonsils operation. The song, "Sally go Around The Roses" playing on the radio & then it was interrupted the news about a church bombing in Birmingham and killed 4 school girls. And it was for real & to me personally it meant that I was next to go and might die because of my operation. And had dreams of black militants and flying monkeys from The Wizard of Oz coming for me & die in a car crash burning up inside the car. On that day, America lost it credibility and various people in charge found themselves looking in the mirror and see a blank face looking at them. However it reminded me of Pearl Harbor because that went down on a Sunday and wondered how the guys who did it aka The Droogies thought about what they did. Yamamoto gave them a statement. "All they did was awaken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve." And comic book horror writers had some good material to use for The September 15th Incident like "Esther Starkweather" a small black girl who terrorized white racists in their dreams and take them out & predates The Elm Street Movie series. Spike Lee deserved his Oscar & I have the copy in my place & the school girls earned their posthumous medal of honor from President Obama.
The Gauntlet (1977)
Another version with "Ruff & Reddy"
What would happen if Hanna-Barbera's people decided to do their version of The Gauntlet? Don't worry there will be the house & The Constable's car scene & The Bus Ride scene will be intact. Also Scrappy Doo will be there & taking lessons from Hadji from "Jonny Quest". Ruff & Reddy was a cat & dog team that put H-B on the map. Now for the story. Commissioner Blakelock appoints Ruff & Reddy as cops and go to Vegas to get a witness for a trial & if you saw a Ruff & Reddy adventure in the 1950s & 1960s there at home in the story. However Gus Mally, will be portrayed by a cool, black girl who resembles "Edsel" in Matt Wagner's series and dress up like her. The dialogue with The Constable & Gus will be toned down. The ambush at the State Border line will be performed by 10 black women in "Sailor Girl" attire from Anime stories and have high-tech weapons & drive 5 unmarked, 1957 Chevrolet 150 Series, 4-Dr. Sedans which are all black. Also the motorcycle club become fans of Ruff & Reddy & also in the boxcar is some of the relatives of Ruff & Reddy enemies & when Gus comes in the fight she fights like a Japanese warrior and most of the bad guys off the boxcar and the hijacking of the bus goes thru & stopping at a compound where "Professor Butch" a professor resembles a WWE Wrestler and has a animal compound & Scrappy Doo a toned down version rides on the bus & has a clear plastic dome covering the bus during the cross firing & also a father & son police partners are there. The police shows respect when they see Ruff & Reddy, Scrappy Doo, Professor Butch & Gus. Josephson, will be shown as a black character named Charlie Brown who got serious from The Coasters' song "Charlie Brown". When Blakelock tried to fire at Professor Butch & Feyderspiel, the gun has no bullets because Scrappy Doo did a "Hadji" trick which Hadji did in "Double Danger" episode from Jonny Quest. Gus off screen beats the hell out of Blakelock & Scrappy is allowed to use his "Puppy Power" on Blakelock & Feyderspiel. A Sheriff Joe stand-in takes the villains to jail & the group goes to The Courtroom place. That's how The Hanna-Barbera people would have done it & I would have the role of the LVPD Captain that shoots down the house & uses candy instead of a cigarette for himself and a cool rookie cop. That's how H-B would have done Clint Eastwood's Gauntlet story. Ruff & Reddy were used because they never seen action when their series were over & now there back & this time made not come out on top. Ruff & Reddy never loses.
American Pop (1981)
Good Story
There is one scene that I noticed. When Pete was delivering the coke to people who are users he stops at a synagogue and sees a Rabbi and what he doesn't know his great-great grandfather was one. Stayed around and showed his respect by dancing to his chants and singing. And Pete was the one who went on to the big time. There was Jacob The Rabbi, Zalmie, Benny, Tony & Pete. Zalmie was the brave soul who saw his family being taken out and wasn't afraid to death when he testified at the hearing, he had nothing to lose for that. In short this was a good movie and I do have a copy for it. Also there was a good scene when Tony got high on LSD from a patron and everything went bad for Tony. The worst LSD trip I can think about is seeing all kinds of disasters happening in front of me and being chased by a little girl in a 1951 Packard Hearse and other childhood terrors.
War of the Worlds (2005)
A scene for Birmingham, Alabama, September 16, 1963 with a tripod or a 1960 Pontiac
The best scene was The first Tripod attack and the trumpet noise in the movie was the best affect. And the lasers zapping people was another scene. One terrible thought would be someone like Eugene "Bull" Conner face a 1960 Pontiac Catalina 2-Dr. Sedan and inside was a scary, soul sister named ESTHER STARKWEATHER who operates the '60 Pontiac and the lasers come out of the parking lights and inboard headlights and zap the blazes out of Gene Conner & his group. However the best part is the noise from the tripods. I would like to have one in a watch alarm & use it at a bar during closing time & when it's time to leave the tripod trumpet tells his owner it's time to go home. That comes in handy when it's time for the crowd to shut up & listen. This is my first time being back on reviews. I like that movie because of the trumpet noise for the tripod machine. From Marcus Brainard
Honky (1971)
Needed an Esther Williams type scene in the movie!
Back in November, 1970; I went to an indoor aquatic center & out of the parking lot was a 1959 Edsel Corsair, Hardtop Coupe that was mostly red with a white roof and a spear-type side trim. I entered the indoor aquatic center and went inside an observation room where you could see an underwater view of the diving pool & what I saw for the first time was a salt/pepper couple. The girl was black and the guy was white and looked like John Neilson & Brenda Sykes' stunt doubles & had their swimwear on & diving gear doing a PG version of "Work with me, Annie ala Esther Williams" & this was my second time seen this live performance & "Wayne" had on a black swimwear & "Sheila" had a bright yellow bikini & had the diving gear on & I sat in the observation room as I did as a 5 year old in 1960 watching my sitter & her letterman beau perform it in front of me. In 1960, I was invited to attend their performance & in 1970, I was Del Shannon's "Stranger In Town" for the second performance with the stunt doubles of Sheila & Wayne. And never seen a white guy with a black girl live until 1970 & I was 15 at the time & did a good performance & like The Vietcong, I managed to slip in and out of the aquatic center & saw the couple head for the 1959 Edsel Corsair & put their gear in the trunk of the car & it turns out that "Sheila" was the "owner" of the 1959 Edsel, because she was the driver while her swimming partner rode shotgun. It was a PG performance because the couple kept their swimwear on intact. Then a year later, at a downtown Theatre the movie, "Honky" was played & bypassed it because I was not assigned to write the review on this movie, but in 1973, I was assigned to review the movie to my group & told them the movie wasn't good because three Birmingham church bombers had their way with "Sheila" and needed a visit from Tojo Brown & his Samuari Sword & stated had they allowed an "Esther Williams type scene" where Brenda & John do their aquatic ballet & underwater love scene instead of being stoned on pot while they have there first act, this movie would make it. However there was another inter-racial Esther Williams love scene that made sense this time is was a bearded hero with a black T-shirt with a white thunderbolt on it & a black girl/street fighter who drove a 1959 Edsel Corsair which was red & white. When they did it as well as a ballroom scene where the couple did a "Prom Night" for two in their regular attire it was okay. The guy in that story was an incarnation of "King Arthur" and the black girl was supposed to be The Lady of The Lake & still was one in the indoor aquatic center & like Sheila, the street fighter which we will call "Curley" was Killed in Action, but her guy accepted his role & took on the bad guys & won & later in a follow up meet his future bride & showed that Curley did not die in vain for her efforts & came in handy when the bad guys brought in her impostor & knew well that Curley only puts out in the pool & not in the stairwell of the building slated as Ground Zero. Now if the hack writers who did "Honky" threw a good Esther Williams type love scene in the aquatic center it would be easy to see the story. From Marcus Brainard
Magnum Force (1973)
Somebody Let An Evil Genie out of The Bottle!
This movie I saw in December, 1973 tells everyone what happens when you let an evil genie out of the bottle. Lt. Neil Briggs and his 4 Little Boys on Motorcycle Bikes are the ones who are sending criminals to hell and Hot Stuff is having his field day in hell making the SF Criminals his personal property. Dirty Harry in this follow up is the straight guy and those who were killed off by The Motorcycle Cops were "kosher" to get rid of. However when Officer Charlie McCoy was killed by the one known as "Davis". The evil genie from the bottle has decided to have his way thru Lt. Briggs & his 4 Little Boys. Hal Holbrook gives a great performance as one who is sick & tired of Freddy Kruegers & Charlie Starkweather equals ruling SF. Some were shocked when Sidney the pimp did the drain cleaner act on his agent played by Margaret Avery & her name is used for The Drain Cleaner act & at least Chuck Starkweather did not do that to his victims. The Evil Genie did his bidding & when Charlie McCoy was killed, Dirty Harry decided to put the evil genie back into the bottle & almost got "The Birmingham Sunday" treatment when a bomb was in the mailbox. Officer Sweet was used as an "offering" to The Evil Genie & Harry's partner got the "September 15th" treatment when he got a bomb in his mailbox. Lt. Briggs was behind the killing squad & the three remaining motorcycle cops did their best to take out Dirty Harry, however the screen writers made sure Harry came out on top & Lt. Briggs ended up done like "The 4 Little Girls of Birmingham" what was good enough for Denise McNair is good enough for Lt. Neil Briggs. When Dirty Harry did his duty, "The Evil Genie" was placed back in the bottle & the bottle was sealed inside of a building hoping to keep it away from other people who wanted The Evil Genie to do their bidding. Lt. Briggs & His Motorcycle Cops are in hell & property of Hot Stuff, The Little Devil from The Harvey Comics. Now because of current criminals, there will be a person who will carry out the deeds of Lt. Briggs, but carry a samurai sword & behead criminals with his sword & known as "Tojo Brown" a person who is African-American & Japanese & has Tojo's eyes & glasses & buck teeth & carries a divine samurai sword. America is not ready for "Samurai Justice" & learn the lessons from "Magnum Force" (It's okay to kill off dishonorable criminals, but when you kill off fellow police officers whatever he one like Charlie McCoy or not, you have let an evil genie out of the bottle & the evil genie will not go back to his bottle, period!) That's was the lesson in the follow up of "Dirty Harry". Clint earned his money in The Dirty Harry Series. From Marcus Brainard.
Battle for the Planet of the Apes (1973)
What Happened to The 1963 Chevrolet Bel-Air Station Wagon?
I saw the movie when I was 17 & followed the APES series and taken to like the series. I know about the deleted scenes which featured The Alpha-Omega bomb which in the 2nd story turned the world into one big, "Birmingham Sunday" Incident. Mendez tells Alma that the weapon should be respected and revered and Mankind should not use this weapon of else "Birmingham Sunday" will come on everyone. The Mutants did have jeeps and a 1966 Chevrolet School Bus but also some civilian cars as well including a black, 1961 Cadillac Coupe deVille with a missing back window and an almost complete, 1963 Chevrolet Bel-Air Station Wagon and missing was it's hubcaps & it was a dark colored wagon & was behind the Chevrolet troop carrier when the scene when the mutant army came out of the destroyed city. It reminds me of the inner-city gang of the 1970s with their vehicles. Serven Darden was paid good playing Governor Kolp and had some "Bull Conner" in him coming to take out Caesar. Paul Williams did good as "Virgil" and Claude Atkins did a remarkable role as General Also. In the past Mr. Atkins played tough guys & played a gorilla type human thug. This time he's a gorilla. Veteran actors did good playing oranutangans & as the story goes, not all the gorillas followed General Aldo & some remained loyal to Caesar & were part to take on the mutant invaders. However when it came to "Ape Has Killed Ape" scene there was a gorilla extra in the background which I address him as "Marcus" says, "Aldo, You killed!" he was one of the gorilla extras who supported Caesar and a good player. I hope to get a copy of the "Battle of The Planet of Apes" with additional footage including The Alpha-Omega Bomb scenes. But one big question was, "What happened to the 1963 Chevrolet Bel-Air Station Wagon?" it was behind the troop carrier. I think it didn't make it going across the desert to Ape City & the battle scene reminds me of an inner-city gang with various kinds of weapons trying to take out a lousy-runned middle school or a high school of the 1970s. The Ape Movies I liked was #2 and this movie which I call #5 of the series. Everyone who was in the movie earned their money for this movie & Roddy McDowall did one of his performances playing Caesar & his father, Cornelius. Marcus Brainard
Natural Born Killers (1994)
Beware of "Ebony Starkweather"!
I saw this on a DVD with 4 other movies. This was a movie that had an impact on people who saw this in 1994. Stone Cold Steve Austin shaved his head to look like Mickey Knox in the movie. This couple had a disturbing lives before they teamed up. True they did take out Wayne Gail, because Wayne Gail saw them as his meal ticket. In the storyline a lot of mass killers were passed in review, but Charles Starkweather, who's death in the electric chair did not change on what happens when another killing spree comes. Mickey & Mallory Knox had a lot of "Medary Conflicts" before they came together. However in an "Alternate Ending" they get done in by an "Angel" figure named Owen who crossed their paths thru the storyline. But there is one figure they do not want to meet & something that Oliver Stone & QT (The screen writer) don't want to meet in real life, a black girl and a funeral car & this girl has a feared surname, EBONY STARKWEATHER.
Ebony's role is a soul collecter and looks like a semi-normal, black woman with stand-up hairstyle, stands 5'5" tall, wears white socks and black shiny dress shoes, wears a white swimsuit and a black leather jacket, a flight type design & her hearse is a 1966 Cadillac Limousine S&S type. Mickey & Mallory will be scared straight when they see this black woman & her hearse. In one comic book story, she managed to spare a robber who robbed a rock concert who got shot & decided to have him kill 11 people for her. If he doesn't complete his quota, Ebony will take him out. He does 10 of 11 kills and gets set up & the last person who fills her quota is the robber.
Ebony Starkweather with the permission of Oliver Stone & "QT" will meet Mickey & Mallory Knox. And warn them not to kill various people because they are on her list of soul collecting. Among them is a Columbus, Ohio resident who is haunted by black girls in vintage cars & happens to be on her soul collecting list. His name in codename: "King Titan" and if they add King Titan on their "hit list", then they will be personally taken out by Ebony Starkweather for killing King Titan & will share the fate of King Titan & it will be Ebony carring off Mickey & Mallory Knox in her hearse. That's how Ebony Starkweather works. Nobody on The Columbus Eastside wants a visit from Lady Starkweather.
The movie was great and scary & nobody wants to be on The Konx's hit-list. Tommy Lee Jones' Warden got his reward & so did Wayne Gail, The Indian who took in Mickey & Mallory saw them as demons & knew this was the day his lottery number on his ticket came. However the ending for the movie was okay. They will be "underground" but they see Jesus Christ and they are not on his registeration. It's The Lava Pit for them. And that's the final wrap. For Mickey & Mallory: Don't mess with Ebony Starkweather, the soul collecter. Marcus Brainard
