Dont know if it was a Horror, Psychological or an Art Movie, but one is for sure, it was boring like Hell.

Tedious Acting, bad Cast and a Storyline with Potential.

Maybe better with more Budget, a better Cast and more Focus on the Characters.

If you like Confusing Movies with a bland Plot and Zero Character Developement, this is your Movie.

If you like Movies that are below Trash Level, this is for you!

The Actors did a overall bad Job, the Story was weak and not well written.

It must be the Covid Pandemic, that everyone thinks they can make money with such utter Garbage Movies.

Would never recommend this, even 1 Star is too good for this.

Wasted Potential in every Angle. Lacking of Background Story and a Main Story Arc. The Actors are superb but the Script is not. Even the Pointless Ending was rubbish.

So what did we see in this? The Earth, nonsense bla bla and a Spaceship. No Tension, nothing interesting. After one Hour you dont care about the Characters, even the Death Scene was no Emotional Event, because you dont care about the Characters due to the lack of a Background Story.

4 Stars for the Actors and the Visuals. 0 Stars for this Boring Story.

I dont get why this Movie gets such a high Rating? Ah, after i scrolled through the Reviews it was clear. Almost all Koreans voted a 10 for this Movie! Yeah ok, it is finally a Korean Movie that you dont turn off after 5 Minutes, here you can stand 30 Minutes after you fell asleep. Thats a Huge Improvement in the Korean Movie Industry. Many Reviews sayd "A Korean Zombie Movie show Hollywood how its made". Really? Every 30 Year old Zombie Movie from the US is way better than this attempt.

The Main Characters are not likeable, not good actors and the Script is so poorly written, that the Movie felt like a cheap TV Movie. FX are not good, Zombies are laughable, Story was ok.. Overall a not really bad Movie but nothing Great or good. Just a Ok Movie with unused Potential, and a lot of Hype that doesnt make sense.

Nothing new and boring

The Movie feels alot like the Movie "I am Mother". The Set, the Writing, everything feels the Same. It starts Boring, and it Ends boring. Too predictable. Cinematography is nearly non exitent, the Progress of the Movie is slow and nothing interesting is ever happening. It lacks in terms of Backstory, so you did not get a binding to the Characters. You dont care who he is and what he will do cause he has nearly no Story behind. Also it fails in building an Atmosphere, you feel nothing if you watch it.

Dont know why this get such a high Rating, the Rating is higher than most Blockbuster Movies.

Yeah its no C or Z Movie, its a ok Flick with nice effects. But nothing more.

Overall not a Bad Movie, but not a brilliant one. The Story is very good, i like such Mystery Thingys. But the Execution is not the Best. The Flick lacks in depth and Explanation. Also the entire Movie is very slow and sometimes boring. The Idea with the Timeloop had much potential, but it was sadly not used. Cast is good and the Acting solid. The End is really weird, and the Writers left the Watcher with more Questions than Answers. Not good.

If you like slower types of Horror Movies without Jump Scares, well this is just for you.

In my Opinion an OK Movie with wasted Potential.

The Lodge (2019)

Good but with many Flaws.

First the Actors are wonderful, really good Cast and solid Performance. The Setting is breathtaking and the Movie moves slowly. I Like slow Horror Movies, enough Time for developement of the Characters, nice flight over landscapes.

But what do i find wrong about this Movie? Yeah, its the End, or the Last Half of the Movie... Nothing is really explained, and as the Credits goes by, you ask yourself one or two Questions... "What is the Message?, Why has such a good Movie with a brilliant Cast, such a bad Ending?"

Sorry, i liked the Movie alot, but the last Half kills the whole Movie.

Sorry, this Flick is not watchable. The Actors are very Bad, the Editing was Bad, and the Dialogue? Holy Cow was that Bad. Not an B Movie, more an C or D Movie.

Wasted 1 Hour of my Life that i never get back.

The Only solid Actress was Mady Roe.

If you need an Example, Watch the Scene there they put her Dad in the Police Car. Awful, so awful man was that bad.

Stay away from this, you will be disappointed

Star Trek: Picard (2020–2023)

Episode 1 was good

Sure i liked Episode 1, but after that it went Downhill. If you saw the Trailer like i did, or perhaps like everyone in the frigglin World, it was clearly a deception. Data, Riker, Picard, Seven.. All in one, everyone believed that this will be the next big thing in the Trek Universe... And what do we got? Lensflares... A absolutely utter Garbage Story and Characters who are so bad.. man you could cry. Data was in there for what? 2 Minutes? Riker? Diddnt saw him yet. Seven? Ok, Seven and Picard do a good Job, but the others? No..

Picard is treated like an 90 Year old Gramp with no Knowledge.

The Ship is laughable, the EMH is also ... What is it???? Sorry but no... What about Robert Picardo? Sure, you cant fit all old Characters in, but this EMH, sorry.. Just no!!

Other Thing is the Violence... Do Star Trek need it? No not really, but i found it welcome. It is war, and war is bloody. Even Star Trek had some Blood Scenes. I think everyone found this abnormal, because of the Character who gets slashed. Star Trek definately can have some Violence and Gore, i dont have a Problem with that, it makes it more Authentic.

Picard the Series for me is Dead. It had big Potential and delivered nothing. It tricked everyone with the Trailer, that you must thinked "This will be a big reunion of all super Characters in one Series"... YEAH, That believed everyone! It was cutted to awaken that feelings to trick the audience.

Sorry, Picard will not get far... Its a Shame for James Stewart, a Shame for Star Trek, a Shame for all Fans.

Beside Picard, Discovery looks great, and Discovery was also not a big bang, but Discovery never promised to be the Series of the Century. Discovery was ok as it is, but Picard.. I have no hope for this.

Joker (I) (2019)

If you like Movies with Zero Story and 2 Hours of bla bla nonsense, this is for you!

This was by far the most boring Movie of 2019. An yeah, normally i Like the Joker, but what was that? Sure i understand the Story about isolation and the Psychological Side. But what makes this a Movie so special that it deserves a 8.8 Score? Because of the Laughs from Joker? Because he shots some People?

The Acting, sure was top notch, and the cinematography was wonderful. But aside that, we have nothing remarkable. Only the Joker had a Character developement. All other Characters are boring sterotypes with not a single sidestory.

3 Stars because of Acting and Cinematography... Nothing more.

It Chapter Two (2019)

Too much CGI

You know the "IT Mini Series" from the 90s? Absolutely no CGI, and Its a Masterpiece.

The New Version of IT Chapter 1 and 2 have the same big issue. Everything is not terrifying due to CGI Effects all over the Time. Pennywise maybe had only 4 Scenes in Real, and the rest is a CGI Animation. Ok it is a Creepy Clown, but not a Clown as you remember Clowns. This Clown looks like a Middle Age Harlequin Knock off, and not like a Clown you could see in Circus. And this makes the Movie also less terrifying.

In the 90s mini Series, "IT" was so horrible due to the Fact that he looked like a Clown! He looked like Beepo the Clown in my Hometown Circus and that makes it so horrible. If you would meet a Clown like IT in the Remake, do you would think it is a funny Clown? NOOO You wouldnt.

It Chapter 2 has a great Cast. A well written Storyline and of course, some Jokes! But it is not a single Moment a good Horror Movie. It is a Horror Movie for sure, but good? No. The CGI and the Costume Design from Pennywise ruins the whole Remake.

Bad acting, laughable Effects, boring Story...

This Movie looks like it had only 200 Dollars of Budget. The Effects are on par with Mid 80´s Movies. Good enough for that Time. But for Today? Don´t get me wrong, i dont want a CGI Blockbuster, but it should be more realistic. The Actors in Death Scenes doesnt move at all, they only scream. They are switched to puppets (and no, this is not some sort of story, where the Puppets turn there victims into puppets :)

If you´re a die hard fan of the Franchise, ok its up to you. But if you only want a good Horror Movie for a frightening evening/night, skip this one.

Atomica (2017)

I expected a good B to C Grade TV Movie, and i got.. Damn i dont find words for this piece of Junk. A Motorcycle Helmet as Protection from Radiation? Are you guys kidding me?

How high was the Budget for this Movie? 200 Bucks? Effects are on par with TV Effects from the 90s. Acting was strange, but not in a good Way.

The Story is ok, but nothing more.

No just NOOO.. Please dont make more of this. I´m begging you. PLEASE!

Star Trek: Discovery (2017–2024)

Series 4 Update

Oh Boy what did they done to Discovery?

The First Season was great, maybe a bit too much of the Klingons, but overall the Best Season.

Captain Lorca is one of the Best Captains i´ve ever seen. Sadly they discarded him quickly.

Season 2 was even great, maybe a bit too much crying.

Season 3 was kind of dull, lame and boring. Not interresting. They wasted tons of Potential with the Future Setting.

And Season 4 is the End for me. I will never ever watch a Discovery Episode again. What is Season 4? Did you really done it?

A Soap Opera in Space? Exploration none, Sci Fi? None!

But hey, now we finally have a 100 % Female Compatible Trek Series.

Almost the Entire Crew is now Female, Gay, or They dont know what they want to be. Sorry no.

This Show is absolutely against Straight Men and that is a Shame. You feel it every Second that every Men is "Dumb" "Old" or "Gay".

I have no Problems with Gays and others, but Discovery overstate it.

Double Date (I) (2017)

The first 15 Minutes are very good, but after that it gets boring. The Actors did a good Job but the writing lacks in every Way.

Funny? I must missed it, but what was funny in this Movie? Maybe funny for 18 Year Old Teenager, but for the "older" Audience, it was not funny. Childish Jokes, nothing more.

Sure, its not a bad Movie, watchable and with good Actors. But dont expect a thrilling or funny 'Story.

Definately not an "over 6" Movie, more 4 or 5. Have seen better Movies with worser Ratings.

Venom (2018)

I dont get it... Venom is Brutal, not like Carnage, but a Venom Movie without Blood is laughable.

The Actors did a very good Job, that is Fact.

But whats with this Story?

The first 30 Minutes are boring like Hell, and after that we got some Action Scenes with not that good looking CGI. Venoms Voice and what they did to his Character is a shame. A Stupid Alien who dont know what is good or bad.. C´mon guys.

I have expected more...

Spider Man was way better, The older ones with Tobey Maguire. They had a deep Story, good FX and perfect Actors. (Not anyone likes the Spiderman Movies, but they did a good job).

But Venom only has good Actors, nothing more. Story Garbage, FX Garbage, Character Developement Garbage, no Blood, Dumb Dialoge.. BORING BORING BORING! Now lets wait for Carnage! Maybe thay make a Movie for Kids. for 6 Years old Kids.

Venom is a Slap in the Face for every Venom Fan. No Venom Fan could say: "Yes this is it! its the Movie we waited for Centurys!" If you are a Venom Fan, Don´t Watch, you will be disappointed.

The Story is very good, but... ehm... The End? Hello? Where are you, we want you in the Movie please.

After Minutes of boring nonsense the Movie was at the End... But nothing was explained.

His wife will die.. ok... that was all about that? Her mom was the Ghost in the House besides the Son... But for what? Why is the Mom Ghost in the Movie? What is it with the Supernatural Girl that babysits Dogs?

NOTHING is explained.... If i want to crumble my Head i look a 10 Hours Jeopardy Marathon.

No Character development, only silly bla bla bla about a non existing Love with a ghost boy who cant be touched, but he can touch everything! its makes no sense at all!

Story good, actors good.. But Bad written and executed. Nonsense Dialouge and no End.

3 of 10 for the Good Story Idea and the Actors...

The most awful thing about this Movie, is the Music. Really Horrible.

Sometimes i don´t understand IMDB... Good Movies with Low Ratings and Bad Movies with high Ratings.

Slenderman is not the Best Horror i´ve seen, but its solid, good and entertaining.

If you see a 3.0 Rating, you might think "Very low budget", "Bad Actors" or "C-Movie"... But in Slenderman we have nothing of that. The Actors are Ok, it has no super low budget and it is not a C-Movie.

In my opinion "Slenderman" deserves a higher Rating such as 5.0... But 3 is laughable low for that kind of Movie.. C´mon Guys, whats sooo Wrong with this Movie? It´s not that Bad.

Shortwave (2016)

So the Storyline sounded very Good. But thats all. The Actors are terrible, and not B Movie like terrible.. Absolutely terrible. It started ok, but went downhill in no time. Almost nothing in this Movie is remarkable or any good.

If you want to see a Movie that puts you asleep, well this is your Movie. But if you except something like White Noise with good Actors and a mediocre Writing, stay away from this.

I have seen hundreds of Movies with an Rating @ 4 who are way better than this time stealing "insert offensive content here" Movie.
