...watched it yesterday and knew what to expect.
I kinda liked the movie. Enough gore and sick enough story.
Only thing I did not really like were some characters.
They were "too clean" for me. All in all...watch it, you wont be disappointed.
Its a good flick.

I make it short.
I think the movie is totally overrated. I was bored watching it.
All the horror moments are kind of obvious. They remind me of older horror movies from the 90´s .
Technically there is nothing to see, but the sound effects make it thrilling.
The best about the movie at all was the sound. I really liked it. But that´s it. If you are a teenage girl, you might like the movie.
There is also kind of no violence in the movie. The first scene at the sewer was the best scene in the whole movie.

Yesterday eve I watched this movie. I checked the IMDb rating before and thought, I will give it a chance. First of all, lets imagine, that an Asian country invades the Australia within a few day. Should be an awesome super army.So far so good. When the teens decided, to check whats going on,they behave like my son would do (he is 2 years old). The soldiers are not possible to shoot the guys. Also, the hostages in the camp were stupid, or better, the situation was not well done. I expected fear, pain and whatever, I mean its war...the situation never let me feel sad or angry or anything.
Further, when the teens are hiding in the house (candles and lights on in the night , just a few miles away from the soldiers). A helicopter comes by. 1 guy has a gun, fires one shot and directly hits the searchlight of the helicopter (without aiming). The gun they actually got when they killed 2 soldiers with an exploding little tractor for grass cutting....
At the end, they have a big fueltruck, standing on the field and the 2 female actors in the truck are talking about some teenstuff, when 5 or 6 soldiers come from behind. 6 soldiers from the super army which invaded Australia within a few days!! They are NOT possible to get the 2 girl out of the truck, no, 1 guy got kicked from the driver and they drive away.
Next scene is not getting better, soldiers on a bridge running away from cows....Super Soldiers vs. cows....anything more to say??
And directly after that, they blow up the bridge with the fuel truck. If you look, you will see how stupid even that is. Seems like the bridge is standing on these cement poles or whatever and collapses like a cardhouse.
Thats it. That was the movie. The great cover picture is actually a screenshot taken of the end of the movie.
PS: Shall I also mention this little young looking girl what holds first time an AK (??) and kills some soldiers like a pro without aiming??

I wanna keep it short. I could not finish the movie, and I've seen a lot of bad movies, but finished them. The story, the acting ....everything is just so low....wasting lifetime.
I would give a Zero if possible. Actually, I always wonder what Steve Austing is doing in movies, he is a bad actor. Even in Expendables he was just so bad, but we didn't have to watch him too often. In this movie, he is like a toast with two legs...or whatever. Everything what has two legs could play his role. I always thought movies from Dwayne Johnsen are bad..But at least his miming is interesting. So, keep it short: I hope you don't waste your time with this movie

well, the speaking animals were animated okay, the story is a little bit interesting. But thats all. Everything looks really unreal and cheap made. I can't believe it has 9 of 10 stars at this moment. Looks like a movies made i the late 80's, just in HD.
My son watched it, for him it was okay. But i expected something better than that, made with more love to the detail. For me it seems like it's just thrown on the market, if the parents like it or not doesn't matter, the kids in Wall Mart will cry as long as they get the DVD / Blu Ray...
1 star because at least my son liked it a little bit, but he enjoys other movies more, like all this animated movies and so on.
I also found some stuff in the movie what is not really okay for young kids, like the "bad guy" is acting with the guys around him and so on, also the bad animated temple cats were weird.

...I expected a really good entertaining movie, when I checked IMDb and saw a 7.2 rating.
The movie is for my opinion a b-movie. The characters are not well played. The stunts are boring...oh moment....were there stunts???
Then, the movie tried hard to get some attention with exploding heads. The idea of the movie isn't too bad, but it's just not believable what's going on there. The guy has 20 minutes left to live and is talking with his girlfriend in the car^^
The free runners also have endless power and running, fighting nearly without breathing.
I'll make it short: For me, one of the worst movies I've ever seen. If you are a free runner fan, go back to B13 movie...this was much better.
