Leave the World Behind (2023)

Leave this movie behind, and you'll be much happier

This movie was disappointing to say the least. It does not hold together well although the acting from some of the stars is pretty good, this entire movie is a snapshot into the minds of the left. It's like looking into the mind of an insane person. The Obamas should not produce or direct any movies in the future. This was a weak effort and poorly produced.

The CGI was sometimes good and other times very poor, so it was inconsistent. There were also long periods of time which seem to drag on, and never get to the next part of the plot. This is certainly not one of the year's best movies I would say it is mediocre at best. I would Not recommend it to friends because it is Two hours of time that they will never get back.

Netflix, as well as other streaming services, need to start producing things that are actually well written, well directed and overall well produced. This was none of those.

Little Dixie (2023)

Lacks chemistry and plausibility

There is a distinct lack of chemistry in this film. First the divorced husband and wife are not a match in any way. I am not sure why filmmakers feel the need to have mixed race couples that have no chemistry at all. Look at the wife and then look at the main star, there's no way those two would've ever been attracted to each other. This is forced political correctness, which makes no sense at all. Chemistry does matter! Of course you also have a film, which is contrived nonsensical murder. I'm more interested in a film that has some kind of plot rather than a psycho killfest and menagerie of sick perversions. I wish I had not seen this film. Of course our society is so sick, some will love this film.

Delightful and fun

I really enjoyed this movie. It kept my attention the entire time and loved the music. Go and just enjoy it.

Robin Hood (2018)

An Attempt to Glorify Socialism and Globalism

And attempt to glorify socialism and vilify the rich. It also glorifies the idea of globalism. Very weak attempt at brainwashing the uninformed. Mildly entertaining but I'm tired of the "after school special" approach of Hollywood

SuperFly (2018)

Poor Movie, Poor Acting

I do not recommend this movie. I watched it and wanted to scratch my eyes out. Low IQ gangsters, terrible music, poorly written. Some Scenes look like they were shot on an old soap opera set. No redeeming value in this film.
