Miracle Run (2004)
A beautiful movie inspired by actual events
Single mom Corrine Morgan has just discovered that her seven-year-old twin boys, Steven and Phillip, are autistic. In one fell swoop, her boyfriend tells her that he can't handle the responsibility of playing parent to her kids, and the school district admits that it doesn't want to supervise the twins anymore. To top it off, she is struggling to make ends meet. While any other woman might have waved a white flag and surrendered to all these obstacles, the spirited Morgan decides to fight back - for herself and, more importantly, for her boys. Through pure determination she helps Steven and Phillip make incredible strides, surpassing everyone's expectations. Inspired by actual events, "Miracle Run" is sure to make you believe that anything is possible in your own life and that you too can tackle insurmountable odds and come out a winner.
The 10th Kingdom: The Making of an Epic (2000)
It is educational and very well done
This movie goes into to depth on the very tales we grew up hearing but they take the Disney spin away to make it modernized and in some sense practical. The all star cast features new comers along with veterans. It is a movie to give values and to be able to make believe. Although since Disney did not make this film view it before and check of you think it's suitable. This is truer to the original story lines of these classics and contain the scary parts more then the happily ever after. This was originally intended to be part of a trilogy but due to NBC and there declining ratings and the amount of money this film cost they were unable to ever start production on a second. All around this film was excellent and I had hoped for sequels but who knows it may come up in the future.
A Tale of Two Bunnies (2000)
what are you harping about
He was propably just watching it expecting something x rated but was disappointed when it turned out to be a movie where you actually had to think and process to enjoy.I liked it and say it is definatly not awared material but nothing to write such a mean comment over.now if he or in fact she wants acadamy award material why dont you go to the theaters and pay to see something instead of complaing that you wasted a part of your life by watching it.It just so happens to have some rather wonderful actors like rhea perlman who is maried to danny devito and a veteran of the bar "cheers".There was also a young actor in the role of corky that has now done a film along side Arnold Schwarzenegger.
