Philosophical futuristic story

Great philosophical sci-fi movie in my opinion. Some action but that's not the point. Questions about us and the future in a light way perhaps. Dystopia? Maybe. You're the judge. I thought it was entertaining for me as a thinking person...

Knowing my sci-fi movies (and movies... I'm a cineast to say the least.).

Well done Clooney. Some people will not understand it. Some others will. Some will just hate it for it's lack of action... I personally rank it high because it's different from all hollywood-stuff that can make you wanna throw up. And because it's different in a good way.

In this story... His imaginary Iris and his real daughter Iris in the ship, that we understand later on... Excellent writing Excellent sci-fi. It makes you think - if you like.

Infinity Chamber (2016)

A good thoughtful independent sci-fi movie

Good, independent Sci-fi movie. I think it's a mix (or influenced by) of 2001, Cube, Matrix, and Moon - in it's own independent way. Thoughtful and interesting. Partly Captivating. I recommend!

Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)

The Beatles song about Bill is more exciting. Don't give us much, just boring minutes... Tarantino tries to give us a family-conflict-dramatic plot... Doesn't work. Just bad and boring. Overrated flick. I like Tarantino otherwise, but this i just bad, sad... to say. In this sequel to the first one, he forget what he he is best at, telling a good story. This is just boring. Ten lines OK... It is boring, and doesn't com up to the quality of Tarantino as usual.. If you are a fan of Tarantino it's all right I guess. But for me this was a disappointment. No suspense, a good storytelling, no... Just extremely bad. Extremely overrated this film is I believe... Tarantino can when he wants, here he didn't.

(24-Apr-2014) I think this was better than just a good time killer. The actors were pretty good, Jon Foo as the main character did an excellent job, both as an actor and as an "fighter". (some better than others... but overall OK) and the story as well. Good entertainment and many fighting scenes, not the most credible (but they never are, anyway) but absolutely OK. Tension between the guys who's monitoring the operation and what is taking place... It deserves much better than the 5. something it has now. Pretty good story overall. (But there are just a few votes for now... ) I recommend this for everyone who enjoys good fairly intelligent action. It won't go to history but absolutely a 6 or 7 here. Vinny Jones character was perhaps the least credible... A Prison warden who is sniffing cocaine... But I don't think this did so much damage to the this story it self. See it if you like for instance the action- movies with Jason Statham, this is not exactly like them, but the level of quality is the same, I think.
