Wrinkles the Clown (2019)
Great stuff
Anyone who gives this movie less than six is an idiot.
This documentary is fantastic and completely flips your wig back. Watch it all the way through. If you don't get it you have no soul.
Enter the Anime (2019)
I liked it
Maybe it's because I don't care about anime. I found it enjoyable. Learned about some shows and whatnot. The creators were interesting.
Divide and Conquer: The Story of Roger Ailes (2018)
He was a crap.
This man was a piece of garbage. It doesn't matter what his political leanings were, although they were based in paranoia and ignorance.
He was creative enough, and knew people well enough, to manipulate them.
Fox News is based on fear. It's based on a yearning for something in the past that never was.
This man created it.
And now we have this documentary.
Header (2006)
Read Edward Lee before watching
To really enjoy this it helps to be familiar with the work of Edward Lee. The dialogue is spot on with his novels, and the almost cartoonish behavior of the characters is something only Lee is a master at. Was glad to see Lee and the late Jack Ketchum in a cameo as state policemen.
Loved it all the way through!
Evil Feed (2013)
Yeah you will like it
This movie was well-acted, edited nicely, has a solid story, decent effects, and the dialogue was believable and funny at times. I expected a lot less and got so much more. Watch it.
Excess Flesh (2015)
Well acted and unique story
Good psychological and body horror with a slow build. The acting was great and the scenes were visually captivating.
This movie isn't just psychological. With some of the scenes I felt like I could smell from the filth. Overall, good solid horror film.
Goodnight, Sugar Babe: The Killing of Vera Jo Reigle (2013)
Sad
A splendid glimpse into the mindset of human garbage. I feel unclean having set my eyes on The Brooks family and 90 minutes. You probably will too.
Other than the narration being a little judgy at times, it was a pretty solid true crime doc. Also, any narrator who thinks about using the term "baby daddy" should refrain from doing so.
