Just watch the the story about Gloria Pointer. I remember this story well because I was also in 8th grade at the time and lived only a few miles away. The only issue I have with the episode is this did not happen in East Cleveland but The East " side" of Cleveland

East Cleveland is a Suburb of Cleveland and borders the location of this tragedy. Showing East Cleveland police station and police cars to me showed poor research and editing. Other than that decent episode

good for TV , but Tower Casino?

I am born and raised in Cleveland , so my interest in this movie was the fact most of it was filmed here (About 90%), so the opening sequence is in Vegas , but then they show the Terminal Tower(Tower Casino) and other Cleveland landmarks,I mean the front of the casino was downtown Cleveland, what was the director thinking here?,maybe they couldn't shoot in any real Vegas casino?, but that kind of made it cheesy,then you fly to Cleveland and they show the Tower again and the same landmarks, the action scenes were OK but , why did they stay in one area if its a hunt?, why not use more of the city like many other movie do?(I guess budget was really low) then they return to Vegas ,only to see Cleveland buildings again? don't get me wrong I'm glad to see my city on film , most of the locations ,I have been myself, but be accurate with locations! overall for 2 first time actors it was OK (didn't know till I was told they were from next action star) but it entertained me

I saw this movie opening night ,and I knew about a lot of the spoilers,so much didn't surprise me, the ending I figured out months ago, so at first I was disappointed ,then I thought about it, this movie is a metaphor, the town elders got fed up with the real world and it's problems so they start a "village" to escape there reality. to say they are in the late 1800's ,was to escape reality. saying that they were creatures represented there control or power of the children minds

the wall the Ivy climbed over represented ,keeping the children ignorant to the truth

and of course the bad color red, as in his other movies represent violence and death

this movie I admit is not for everyone and yes the trailers lead you to believe it was horror, but its not, but a good film ,i will see it again to catch the clues

and back to ivy,of course send her , she is blind ,the secret stays a secret (well at least for a little while longer)

Spoiler Alert I saw this movie opening night, and I was not surprised with anything except the stabbing, by saying that I will say this, I will not look on the net again for clues and plot leaks ,I took them as rumors but I found out they were true,I think I would have enjoyed this movie a lot more if I hadn't done that, I think it still is a good movie that explores the mind set of people who want to get away from the "real world" and would do anything to protect those they care about(children) , even creating creatures , bad colors,truce, boarders even though far fetched , i get the point, but now that brings me to another point , how did they mange to keep airplanes from flying over the village ,there are plenty of air travel, even it was 1967, cars passing by ,trucks, etc, they must have bought plenty of land?

i had nothing better to do one night so i rented this movie,it started of great but then ,the corny martial arts,with bad sound effects,the Lady Of Rage character sounds as if she is reading all the time , well so does most of the cast

also how is it that the gang leader seems to have no real martial arts skills ,but can beat down everyone?

how does these movies get the green light ,it make me want to get a cam corder and do a movie or go to film school,

even though you laugh for the wrong reason,these types of movie are a insult to intelligence as well as a comedy
