Creep (2014)
Ironically funny
The bath scene had me in tears. "Josef" character did have some weird moments, however instead of creating a creepy vibe it felt more like interacting with a socially awkward person. Personally, this film was too short, it needed more time to flush out the characters. I couldn't help but laugh with josef whenever he did, especially during the jump scares. The ending was decent enough to set up the sequel.
You (2018)
Hopefully a season 3
First season was pretty good. Joe and Beck was cute, and you know it wasn't gonna last. Second season was amazing, I loved that we got to see flash backs of Joe's childhood. Joe and love are ironically perfect for each other. I enjoyed her willingness to fight for love so to say. However, I didn't enjoy the current last episode of the series. It seems a bit off as in people aren't acting like themselves. And I didn't except forty flip on joe, especially not after he confessed about the babysitter situation. I think it would be cool if in season 3 it's a little more in the future maybe when Joe and love's daughter is a teenager with wait for it, love/dating problems!
Mistress Hunter (2018)
Not bad not great
Pretty predictable movie. I wish it was more focused around the mistress Hunter herself. She was a great character and actress.
Re: Mind (2017)
It's alright
If you like Pretty little liars, you'll love this. This basically involves the typical teenage drama mystery surrounded by secrets. Re:Mind is pretty good in the beginning then falls flat during the middle, and then it finally gets better. There isn't many clues for the viewer to figure out themselves and some important questions never answered, so the viewer is kinda there for the ride. The culprit remains anonymous just long enough to keep you interested. The camera work is really good, there are many beautiful shoots. Even though the story only takes three physical places, it doesn't take away from the story nor does it become boring.
Overall, the acting is decent, in the beginning it's not great but it seems improves in each episode. As an american watching this, you can just tell If there ever is a American Version the acting would be would be too cheesy and terrible to watch. Personally, kyoko's behavior cracked me up too much for me to ever take her seriously.
