What a huge loss of time money and talent. I went to see the movie in a theater and was totaly disapointed. It is not worth the mess and the story is'nt even believable. His 2 hours and 7 minutes I'll never get back, it's nice to see a movie of A-List actors, suddenly become D-List actors. There was nothing funny about this film, it was and is a total disaster sorts like Hurricane Ian currently hitting the West Coast of Florida. This movie was lets throw something on the screen and make a few bucks. It has no rhyme or reason, it's not funny, it's rather stupid on all fronts. What saves this train wreck from total disaster is the ending credits, and even they were slow. If this is the best Brad Pitt can do, maybe he needs to stop doing it cause it sucks.

I don't really understand the point of this movie, the main character is helpless, he wants to stop the insurection but don't succeed at anything, others want it to start, germans seem to be idle about it although they cleverly manipulate him, at last the whole thing puffs and deflates as a soufflé and the very bad SS who killed civilians dies singing "o Tannenbaum.." Ridiculous.

The Kids are great, natural, and that's rare in cinema. I find the whole thing unexpected, full of humour and surprises while dramatic. it's like life, unpredictable, simple, complex, serious, light and demanding. I was not boring one moment during this movie, nor was I suspended to any action, I just could not predict what would follow and it's exactly what I liked. The whole thing is unusual and that's why a few people did'not like it is'not Hollywood and that's great! At last it's a small jewel and there's no ending, so is life going on and on untouched by any judgment or fatwa, it is not happy and not sad, it's just the best one can make of it and there's pain and joy, nothing to gain it seems.. that's fun would they say, nay?

This is interesting in a way, as a short scene inside a bigger scenario, but as it is I don't see any reason to over rate it. There is no story no characters just a bit of action but we can't relate it to anything. Very disappointing at last! I am wondering what it is doing at all in this site? who would pay to see this in a cinema? I bought the movie but I felt cheated at the end. I finally understand that it is a shortcut from or for a video game and as a movie watcher i'm not at all satisfied by this. There is nothing more to say about it because the film contains very little please give it the note it deserves, below 5 in any case, there is nothing here, to be compared with a one hour and thirty minutes film.
