Ah ya Thank You Mike Banning for a good old actioneer just like back in the 90's. It's the same story recycled for each film in this series but it still works and just gives you a good old fun popcorn movie. The keep it simple in the vain of John Wick and build a good action movie from there, worked perfect for this film.

This was a great throw back to the good old days of action, crazy story, lots of chase, fight and all around action scenes. It reminded me of Heat but with even more action. Just loving these types of action movies making a comeback these days. Movies like this John Wick, Angel Has Fallen have given me hope that movies can still be made for fun and enjoyment.

I was expecting the typical Neeson flick which I love, Laim Neeson, Keanu Reeves with John Wick there are not many of those old type action guys still around making good movies, luckly Laim Neeson is one who does. This is a good mix of comedy and action, I found all the actors in this did a great job. The whole cast brought this flick together, led of course by the man of action Neeson. Just go in kick back and get ready to lose a few hours with some enjoyment watching this flick.

Great Sci-Punk Action

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews. I was really enjoying the Steampunk world this movie created. Great scenery, good scenes, the 2 leads for me were great. That is rare now for me I find a big reason a lot of films fail these days is because of poor casting among other things. This is a very enjoyable movie and had me rooting for the heroes at the end.
If you are a Sci-Fi fan Steampunk fan or the like, even if your not give this movie a shot I think you will enjoy it.

Great Summer Flick

I love the series and this was a great one to finish it with.
I think Michael Bay gets way too much flack from people who have lost the ability to just go in and enjoy a movie for what it is made to do entertain. In this day and age people go in looking for plot holes or mistakes or this and that. I have one thing in mind when I see a movie by the end did it entertain me or not. I mean movies like this are fiction films, plot holes, things that cannot happen in reality is what is going to happen it is a fictional movie. So many people think they are the gods of film making and know everything and tell you how every film should be made, when they have not done a thing in regards to making a movie in their lives but think they know it all.
For me I wish the Bad Prime had lasted a bit longer as I am a huge Optimus fan, I wanted to see how that might go. At the same time though he is a hero from my childhood so of course I want him to be the hero. The movie itself was great though full of action and sci-fi as it should be and we left thinking man we could go back in and see this again.
If you're looking for a fun summer movie that you can sit back and enjoy, and your a fan of action and sci-fi then this is what you want to see.

I am a huge Tom Cruise fan, I don't care what people say of him it is very rare for him to make a film that is not entertaining.
I enjoyed this for what it was for, I kind of liked the way they turned it into an action/horror type of film rather then just more of a dark horror movie. In the same lines as the Brendan Fraser trilogy was. Though this is not a remake of that trilogy and rather a reboot of the original Mummy movie from the 30's I think a lot of people don't realize that.
This was fun and entertaining, I though Tom Cruise and Sofia Boutella were great in the film. Annabelle Wallis I don't think was right for her part in the movie but that was a small issue I had with it. The rest of the cast was great.
It's a good flick to sit back and enjoy for a summer film with friends. Tom Cruise always puts out a quality product and did so again here. Keep making those great films Cruise that I know you can, and ones I can enjoy.

Pretty Entertaining

Really enjoyed William Kaufman's and Johnny Strong's last outing together in Sinners and Saints back in 2010. That's also the last time Johnny Strong had been on screen except a small short in-between. I wish I could see Johnny Strong do more movies as he normally does quite well Sinners and Saints was a great action flick and I enjoyed Daylight's End just as much.
This movie had a lot of what I like, post apocalyptic setting, lot's of action, some Sci-fi mixed in. This was a good movie for what it was. I see many people saying it's good for a low budget flick while that's true, I have also seen many big budget movies that were really bad. If you have a pretty good script like this and some OK actors and actresses, even on a small budget it can be very enjoyable. That's just what this movie is a good way to spend a few hours. Sure it's not earth shattering but we did enjoy it for the few hours we watched it.
So go in with an open mind and don't expect the world and you might just come out having enjoyed this flick.

Totally enjoyed this what an awesome movie! This flick was loaded with action and great effects. It really reminded me so much of the original movie franchise. They did a nice tribute to Leonard Nimoy passing as well in a very classy way. I am really starting to enjoy Chris Pine in the role of Kirk. I always liked him as an actor and I think he is playing my favourite Trek captain really well, especially in this one he is coming into his own.
Have to admit Justin Lin is really showing his chops and Simon Pegg can sure write a good script. Go watch this it will not disappoint you just an amazing movie.

Just did not entertain us

It's not often I take the time to make reviews. As normally I don't listen to reviews, I like to watch movies for myself and form my own opinions.
For me I have one simple rule did the movie entertain me for the time I was in watching it. Very simple, I am not like a lot of people go in looking for faults in movies or plot holes. I love a lot of movies many people would consider not very good films. When I go watch a flick I just want it to keep me entertained and forget about real life for a few hours, that's it..
This movie did not entertain us at all the only part of the movie we enjoyed was Chris Hemsworth and I am not even a very big fan of his at all. The jokes Paul Feig and the cast had in this movie were just not funny. This is coming from someone who actually likes most of Adam Sandler's stuff as well. I also quite honestly found the movie pretty boring as well it just did not keep me interested in the slightest. I believe there has only been one movie I can remember that I walked out of in my life and this came close to being number 2.
In fact after we watched this we went out to eat dinner, then went back to the theatre and watched Star Trek Beyond that we had planned to see today. The reason being was to wash that Ghostbusters movie out of our minds. Star Trek was fantastic, if your trying to decide for something to see this weekend watch Star Trek. I really think anyone giving this movie a 10 must be getting paid to review it.

I really wanted to like this movie I really did.
Normally I know you should not judge a movie by the trailer but after seeing this trailer I was pumped to watch this one, I really wanted to see it.
Problem is I then watched it and I barley managed to make it to the end. All these good reviews must be people paid to make them because this had to be one of the most boring, non-eventful movies I have ever seen in my life. I was so disappointed because they had a good story for this as well and the locations they had were also great but nothing happened, the movie just dragged on and on.
I wanted to love it but I ended up hating it.

Predator Dark Ages

Great work loved the idea

As others have said the only negative thing I found with this short is that it was too short I wish it had been a full length feature.
The people involved in this had a great idea going in the actors were very believable, the story was great showing the Predators have been around for a very very long time hunting earth's best. The effects were well done, the story was set-up real well the costumes were perfect. The fight scenes were really well done. Take this and run with it a great idea to do Predator movies starting here and going throughout the ages might be the best way to bring this awesome franchise back to life.
I hope to see them do more Predator features and starting with this one would not be a bad idea.... good show, great short.

Very entertaining and funny

Take this movie for what it is an action comedy in a post apocalyptic setting. It's not earth shattering or a movie you have to think hard about while watching just some good old fun and a great way to spend a couple of hours.
I found the acting to be pretty well done for this type of flick, something I did not expect so it was a nice surprise. Had great action and quite a few laughs we had a great time watching this flick it was an unexpected little gem.
Matthew Marsden did quite well in the main role but the surprise for me was Christian Pitre as Mary Death she was just great I had never seen her in anything before this and after watching this movie I will look forward to seeing what she does next.
