just another unoriginal derivitive tv show

Shows like this only serve to prove the point that Hollywood is severly lacking in original ideas these days. We'vfe already seen this show, its called Lie to me, and it has a better cast and it's better written.

This sahow feels unbearably derivitive and unoriginal. I watxched the first epsidoe and didn't feel inclined to watch anymroe because eveyrthing is so familiar and unoriginal that i already feel like i've watched this show.

Hollywood are quite content on churning out the same old crap year after year, thank god theres decent European and Asian dramas around these days because i am so tired to American television, its just same old same old same old. Give me a British Drama or a Scandanavian drama series any day, because unlike Hollywood they're not afraid to back original ideas.

Bob's Burgers: Radio No You Didn't (2023) Season 13, Episode 20

This epsidoe was just nbot good. And i say that as a Bob's Burger's super fan!. But not only was is boring and not very funny, but it smacks of the sesne that they didn't have anything bettervto write for the episode.

The only thing that annoyed me the most, is when she calls the cops to tell them about the Spy and they basically laugh at her .....does nobody on this show know the first thing about world war 2????? Ameerica was so paranoid about spy's that they would NOT react in this way in a million years. I know it's a cartoon but this just made me cringe. I havn't cringed like that since the episode about Topsy, which was also absootuely riddled in misinformation. I love this show but sometimes it's very clear that the writers don';t know enough about the subjects they talk about.

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey (2023)

Gross film making, and not in a good way.

I'm not going to talk about the terrible acting, and the bad editing and the lazy boring plot, because there's already been many reviews discussing these shortcomings.

What offends me that most about this movie, and Rhys Frake-Waterfield's other unknown movies " Peter pan's neverland nightmare" and something called " The area 51 incident", is the fact thast waterfield trys to coast on already established franchese, or things that already beloved in pop culture, i dont find it offensive that he turns these on their heels, i find it offensive that he does it so damn BADLY. That it just becomes an insult to the source material. Thus man should stop making movies if his cheap attempt to gain hype is to take something that people already know and try to use that to sell your crap film.

Rhys Frake-Waterfield is a great example of a bad film maker. Who's movies aren't even so bad that they become good again, theres no redeeming quality to his work. He should try something else.

Barbarian (2022)

Not a bad movie, for the most part.

I saw an article today in which Zach Cregger stated that he wanted to make something which he's never seen before.

I'm not totally sure this is wholey original. But its just original enough to not be the same old thing. It's an interesting story, with some tense momments, but there are also a couple of "really?" momments which kinda took me out of the movie just because they were things that just wouldn't happen in the real world.

I'm glad I didnt watch a trailer, and went in blind, as horror movies are always better the less you know about them going in. I feel like watching a trailer would have spoiled the suprises for me, as they usually do. I Gave this a 6 out of 10, because it was a fun movie, don't take it too seriously.

All Quiet on the Western Front (2022)

A worthwhile experience!

As an adaptation of the source material, it's not very wholly faithful to the Memoir. Things have been changed, omitted, and or moved around, as is usually the case with these things. However, looking at it strictly as a War film, they did a fantastic job. It looks incredible. It has good pacing and some fantastically gritty visceral scenes and does a good job in its attempt to create an honest vision of the vicious and pointless violence of world war 1, and it was pointless. Upwards of 20 million people died as a result of the assassination of one Arch Duke.

The one thing I think they could have done better with this movie is the dubbing. Personally, I watched it in it's original German Audio, along with English Subtitles, but the English Dubbing was done by British Voice actors, and although the quality of their performances sounded decent in the few moments i listened, I just think it was a strange and odd decision not to have German voice actor's doing the English Dubbing.

All in all, it's a great movie, I recommend it to everybody. However, I would recommend people watch it in its original audio, the way it should be viewed.

The Gabby Petito Story (2022 TV Movie)

Didn't take long for Hollywood to cash in on this girls story.

This movie only serves to prove the fact that Hollywood is without morals.

This poor girl only died LAST YEAR in 2021, and there is already a movie about it, ONE year it took for some low life proeuction company to turn it her ruthless murder into entertainment. And that is all they've tried to do here.

This isn't some facutal documentary covering the details of a crime, this is a dramatised movie, for entetainment purposes. I dont see how anybody could watch this and not feel disgusted by its exsistance this soon aftere the event.

Everybody invovled in this movie should be ashamed of themselves. From the writer and directer, to the C and D list celebrities they bought cheap to play the roles. Shame on everybody. I bet nobody invovled would like to see a cheap movie being made about the murder of their own kid only a year after they had been burtally murdered. Disgusting. That's all it is.
