I first saw this 1981 movie at 12 yrs of age in 1982. It was a great watch then as it still is now 40yrs later! The story, the cinematography,the score. And, let's not forget the cast! Some of the greatest to ever be put together on screen! I watch this movie at least once a year and it gets better every time. It is in my top 10 of my all time favorites....

This show has everything,action,drama,sex and violence! The storyline is great and each episode keeps you entertained! The casting is perfect and the characters from the good to the bad guys are perfect for the show! I hated when it ended at 4 seasons. This is one show like the Wire that I still miss watching!

This in my opinion is the best Blaxploitation movie of the 70's! It was well written and acted. The cast was phenomenal including Max Julien, Richard Pryor and Dick Anthony Williams. This movie has been quoted in Hip Hop songs and movies over the last 40 years! A true classic!

This show blew me away every single season! When I thought it would fall off it never did. Great writing,superb acting and an incredible cast! Each season will bring you more and more plots and it will keep you pulled in! This show is in my top 5 of the best I have ever seen....

This is by far the best show Amazon has put out! Each season from 1-7 is outstanding! All these seasons are from stories from the books and they are riveting. Harry Bosch and all of co-stars fit together perfectly. I have watched each season more than once and that says a lot for me! I hate the show ended after 7 seasons. But,I look forward to the new show that continues to follow Harry as a Private Detective!

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this show! It is entertaining and very well written. The casting is probably the best part about it,everyone fits their role perfectly. Season 1 &2 are outstanding and Season 3 is good and is a great watch. I eagerly wait in anticipation for the 4th and final season....

I watched Season 1 3 times in a row! It was a great story with an exceptional cast! Just an outstanding Comics TV Show. So,I was super excited for Season 2 to be released and waited anxiously for 2 years. Only to be totally disappointed with what they gave us! I still can't understand how it turn bad so fast! And the storyline was ridiculous with no real villain in the story. But,when it was announced that there would be a Season 3 I still had hope that maybe they could capture some of the Season 1 magic. Only to be let down even more,Season 3 was 10 times worse! An even worse story and a sad end to a show that started out so great...

This show was one of the first HBO Original Series I watched. It was funny, had a great cast and guest stars. Each season is better than the previous one. I don't know why it isn't available on the HBO app! A Great Watch!

Season 1&2 Were Good....But now..

Season 1&2 were good,but seasons 3&4 have not been good. Season 3 was mediocre and season 4 has been just horrible. I think losing 4 main characters and replacing them with terrible actors was a bad idea for the show. I understand replacing Jason Mitchell because of his behavior. But bringing in Kandi Burress and La La Anthony who are terrible actors is the demise of the show.
