Vice (I) (2018)

Wake up, Americans!

Today, exactly 20 years after the start of NATO bombing on my country where, during 78 days, soldiers aimed for hospitals, kindergartens, and schools and which resulted in 2000 dead civilians, I want to recommend this movie as a small start for brainwashed Americans to wake up and see the real nature of their government. I would love to see this kind of movie about my country and of course, the events that were behind it (and that, supposedly, were the reason for it (read: there is never a reason for American bombing, as we could see in this movie)) but taken from the two most impartial studies done in Netherlands, not from Wikipedia. Enough of propaganda, show the world the truth about everything. And yeah - Adam, great job, but the disturbing thing is that America's not even trying to hide or justify their monstrous acts - it's like "Yeah, we've done it cause we can, what you're gonna do about it?" Terrifying.

Such a shame!

I'm generally not a fan of happy endings, cause they're never realistic, even for a TV show (something shows up, they fight it the whole season, they beat it in the season finale and the next season is all over again - that's why I'm glad they couldn't beat The Hollow), but why end this show at all? TVD had bad teen high school drama and cliche love triangles, like the spin off will probably have, but this was action pumped game of thrones (no connections to the actual TV show with that name, just an expression) with ridiculously hot cast and tension. If they've decided to finish it because of the ratings, do they really think that this spin off will be more watched? That doesn't make any sense. I'm gonna miss this the next season.

Young Sheldon (2017–2024)

I don't know about others, but I have a huge problem with Leonard's bully being Sheldon's father. I mean, it's a spin-off, these two shows are connected, did they think we won't notice? Besides that, it's not bad...for now. Not that interesting or funny as The Big Bang Theory, but watchable. I think hardcore fans of TBBT will not regret watching it.

Westworld (2016–2022)

Pure perfection

Aldo I've seen only two episodes, I can tell this is going to be maybe the best series I've ever seen (after Black Mirror, of course). I like psycho shows, like serious mindf*ck. I think that human psyche is the most brilliant and fascinating thing that ever was made. This show totally plays with it. How sick people really are? How far they would go, if they know that they can come home and enjoy their life, knowing that nothing of that was real and that they, technically, did nothing wrong? Wasn't it really real, if you were in your most real behavior? And how hard is to go back to your normal life, when you've experienced you deepest desires? With brilliant script, geniuses lines, extraordinary music and cream of the cast, this is one of the 5 shows that will get 10/10 out of me. Hope it won't be ruined after it becomes success, like it happens with 99% of the shows.

Fathers & Daughters (2015)

I have no words

"A Pulitzer-winning writer grapples with being a widower and father after a mental breakdown, while, 27 years later, his grown daughter struggles to forge connections of her own."

I literally have no words for this movie (and I should be writing like 10 lines, right). This kind of love, father's love and the power of Katie's pain when she's standing next to that jukebox...That can't be described. I cried my eyes out, because I will never be ready when that moment comes, in real life. The song in the end was just an outstanding finishing. Summary: Haven't seen better and scarier movie in a long time.
