FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman: Is It a Bird? Is It a Plane? It's... Ruffmanman! (2009)
The worst twist ever thought of for a kids' show.
SPOILERS: The twist is that Gamma Ray Person is actually Grandma Ruffman, who, I'm not kidding, actually uses gamma rays to reheat her food. Which is just plain disgusting on so many levels. Because it can cause the food to become toxic, radioactive, and just downright inedible, and I'm pretty sure doing so is banned by the FDA. I get that this is both a cartoon and a kids' show, but this is just ridiculous. I'm okay with twists like this, like how in another episode of this show where Glen showcases his obession with cosplaying, it turns out that the goblet isn't filled with rings, but wings, because amusingly, Ruff can't distinguish between whether or not Glen is saying word with Ws or Rs, or how in Long Glen Silver, it's revealed that the Golden Fetchie is a brainwashing device used to make people think they're cats. This twist however doesn't work since it goes against Grandma Ruffman's character, as she would normally be against poisoning her food with anything, since she's very strict about what she puts in her food, especially cakes, and it's the closest thing this show has to a jumping the shark moment. Even without the twist, the episode is just a carbon copy of the last larper episode, just with worse jokes, and a twist that makes no sense, and ruins an already established character.

This show is awful.
The thing I really hate about this show is the editing, I didn't edit the footage, it sometimes jump-cuts, it has too much of those stupid Callish-splosions. And the models look extremely obvious, it's worse when you watch the fight scenes, it is not too far off Manos in ugliness. Like? Is my monitor broken?

I don't find the show that bad
I don't find it the best Anime, nothing can top either One Piece, or Dragon Ball. But, at the same time, it's nowhere near as bad as Violence Jack, far from it. There are really good things to say about it, I like the ideas of when things start small, they can get out of hand, and introducing the Mandela Effect in Anime, which, is called, bad memories that are cemented in your mind, but, that stupid twist that I won't spoil by the way, kinda ruined it for me, but, hey, when we get to it, we can kinda except it, it's not a twist that makes things good or bad, sometimes, it's the evidence to support it. It maybe the black-sheep of thriller anime, but a gentle, fuzzy one, none the less.
