Bride of Frankenstein (1935)

Great moments... But many silly ones as well

Overall enjoyable but slow. Was looking for flights and it falls short on that account. First movie had that sense of menace. Once actual bride shows up this is an excellent classic film. Unfortunately that is only in last 5 minutes. Many silly moments in this movie that don't stand the test of time. But worth watching if horror movie buff just for some classic moments and scenes

Really well directed emotional movie

Great details make this movie so powerful. Amazing story really well told. Helps you to feel emotions of a huge talented cast. Amazing how smallest details can be life or death. Must see

Genuinely funny moments

I understand why this received such acclaim when it came out but it was a bit to long for me. At a time before discovery channel and travel shows it must have been a fun filled travel log. Mediocre rating though since some great comic moments that are lost in this 3 he picture. First cameos, I imagine first main stream shooting of some of these locals. Seems like all actors are pleased to be in picture and this made the movie enjoyable. Again a bit dated which made film,a bit of a slog.
