Lost: Exposé (2007)
Very good....but
This was a very good episode as far as the plot twist at the end. But the plot twist at the end is then when I started questioning the validity of everything that happened. They both were bitten by a spider that paralyzed them? I'm not an expert on paralysis but aren't you able to move your eyes? Aren't you still breathing? Doesn't your heart still beat? What kind of spider does all the signs of death, but only for let's say hours and then you just come too? There was so many ways for them to figure out they were just paralyzed. Once again, great episode, good premise, and good delivery. All if you overlook the major flaws like NOBODY checking for a pulse or breathing.
Lost: A Tale of Two Cities (2006)
Good for season opener.
I might be venting but let me just get this off my chest. I hate how everyone who gets headbutt or punched gets knocked out for several minutes or longer. A female professional boxer can't knock out another person with one punch but you want me to believe a female doctor can knock out a grown man and have him out for 10-15 minutes? Why is Jack's ex wife making it so difficult to name who she is fooling around with? She would rather torture Jack? How is this super huge island that looks just as big as half of Australia somehow off the grid to the world? I know we will find out later and I'm also writing this 14 years after it's gone off.
Prison Break: Kaniel Outis (2017)
So much coincidences.
I really like this show a lot and basically keep watching because the drama and suspense builds really well. The acting by Lincoln is the worst followed closely by Michael( especially when he's supposedly angry). So now is is on prison in a whole nother country? And he is gonna break out of that prison too? I guess it's a good thing he was never put in any super max penitentiary. Still haven't found put why Sara isn't hiding in Cosra Rica. For Arabic speaking people, they sure do keep pronouncing the word Sheikh wrong. It's like saying "shake". AmericanSavings might get a pass, but Yemeni people? I doubt it.
Prison Break: Eagles and Angels (2008)
Not too shabby
Pretty decent episode. It builds on a lot of suspense as of much of the episodes in season 4 already have. I can see now where The Fast and Furious(4 and up) get their storylines from. A group if former prisoners are gonna take down some big undercover government agency. Meanwhile, a 6'4" 220lb black guy in an all black suit and shades walks around LA killing people and doesn't raise any flags. Nobody he runs up on ever has a gun either uh? I can't wait till they get rid of him. In this episode Scofield, Mahones, and Burrows, crash a cop gathering and none of the cops recognize the faces of the 3 most popular criminals in the US?
Prison Break: Bolshoi Booze (2006)
Too many coincidences.
This show is still good but, has soooo many coincidences to believe. First of all, what is up with T-bags hand? Is the bone connected also? Because I'm sure it was cut clean off and was just sewn together. He would have all types of infections. And then he just breaks it off when needed? Why is everyone scared to fight back against a one handed man? What was Michaels back ip plan for bringing fake medicine to the Mexicans? He didn't think they were gonna verify? Why was his father standing on the side of the building instead of walking with Lincoln? Some stuff is so cheesy. I get it's all for suspense but please try to make it realistic at least.
Castle: Reckoning (2015)
Good episode but....
This was a really good episode. One of the best in a long time. The only thing I did not like was how easy they mess up by doing stupid things, i.e, kate going by herself to talk to Amy instead of having her go to the precinct. Why did Javi wait till Castle gained consciousness, have a whole conversation between castle and 3XK before shooting? What if they were in another room or in the basement? The fact that they know they shot the 3XK killer and never once thought to look at his chest for the gunshot wounds. That literally should've been one of the first things to do to prove that he was not Michael Budreau. It's dumb mistakes like this that they make in season 7 that gets tiresome and hard to keep on watching.
Castle: Driven (2014)
Use suspension of disbelief.
That is the only way to enjoy this episode and I couldn't. Javier instantly believes Castle is dirty just because he dumped the money off. As if the kidnappers couldn't have told him to. Beckett thought he just didn't want to get married when he was the one pushing for it the most. Just horrible. I'm getting mad just writing about this dumbness. They are really running out of ideas it seems like. I don't understand how he wasn't mad as hell at Beckett for disbelieving him after he had been in a traumatic event. This must be around the time they were hating each other on set. He acted so bland in this episode. I can act better then that.
White Collar: Judgment Day (2012)
Excellent season finale.
There is no way this episode gers a 6/10. Some user states they used the wrong name of the prison(Sing Sing instead of Ossining) when actually they did use the right name. Now. To the episode itself. It was a classic cat and mouse game with Neal and Agent Kramer. I wont spoil it but it may make you teary eyed at the end. Neal and Peter display just how much they actually do enjoy each other and how important they are to one another. The hearing for Neal's commutation was done perfectly in between scenes of the episode showcasing how everyone has grown to love Neal and how important he is to the team. Can't wait to watch season 4(which is me pressing play).
The Night Comes for Us (2018)
7 Stars?
Come on man! How is this rated lower then the John Wick movies? I watched John Wick after watching this to ease my mind before I went to sleep. The action scenes are brilliantly choreographed and sooo intense. The score also does wonders;especially the last fight scene with how it builds as the fight wears on. This deserves at least a 9. Maybe 8 if you didn't like the story. But lower than that? Come on man.
High Score: This is War (2020)
Tecmo Bowl?
This segment of a somewhat interesting back story of video games and console origins completely misinforms the public to believing Madden 95 was first to have black players and be intensely popular. Tecmo bowl was the most popular game back then and also had black athletes contrary to what this episode spews.
Iron Fist (2017)
Hard to watch
I have been binge watching a lot of Netflix shows lately. I have already watched Luke Cage and Daredevil. I tried watching Jessica Jones but lost interest because it was too slow(I plan on watching it later when no kids are around). All these shows I can deal with. I cannot deal with Iron Fist no matter how hard I try. I am not hard to please either. It has nothing to do with it being a white man fighting if they had gotten somebody who could really fight. I literally had to research this Finn Jones to see if he was experienced or not. I read he had 6 months training. That is not acceptable for this role. There is no way they should have put someone that doesn't have a martial arts background of at least a couple of years. They could have at least gotten the guy from Arrow. They could have gotten Roy from the Arrow too. Anybody but this guy. His fighting style, stance, and movements are horrible.I am struggling to make it past the 5th episode(probably because I can't stop watching Into the Badlands).I will give it another shot soon but I doubt it will get any better. I had so much interest in the direction they were going leading up to The Defenders. I hope they do better.
