Asteroid City (2023)

Intolerable

The movie has too much materials, a lot to digest. I found myself distracted and lost I had to stop watching. I would not call it boring but it made it difficult to follow the narrative.

Too many characters and personalities. The writer that bumped out of no where is another story, I failed to relate or connect the character with the writer.

It could be just my sleepyhead, but I was excited to watch the move and I have to say I'm disappointed.

I have watched all the similar movies, moonrise kingdom, the french dispatch, other theatrical moves. I'm familiar with the style that Wes Anderson created and mastered, but this one I just couldn't tolerate.

Again it could just be my sleepyhead.

She Said (2022)

Weinstein'S shadow is still lurking

I can't believe a movie like this, didn't stick in the bix office. All I can think about that people like Weinstein and people who protected him are still there in the Movies industry.

This movie is about bravery, zero against 10 in terms of power. Naked Women's words against well protected highly respected and fully equipped man. Who repeatedly and with no shame violated women's right and justified their ability to a figure of amusement.

Two journalists covered a report about sexual abuse and exposed a decades of sexual misconduct and intimidation in Hollywood.

Yet again as the beginning of this investigation/ Story a movie that is well made dies quickly.

Do Revenge (2022)

I'm so beyond high school but I really like to watch movies that makes me feel I'm young again and miss it high school is always high school over the ages. Regardless of students high straighten close in the movie.

The movie's Idea might not be new, but it's well made not like same " high school " cheap nowadays movies.

I like how they portrait hatred, and how being busy destroying someone, can actually ends up destroying you or your future.

I have to admit that the costumes were incredible and colorful well designed and well wore, even though they are not usual high school uniforms but I would love to wear it

Well done and was nice to watch I highly recommend it.

Euphoria (2019– )

It's more messy for teens!

It makes me worry all the time that I'm not seeing teens reality. It keeps me anxious about Rue all the time. She is deteriorating so fast. And I just can't believe there would be someone as messed up as she is.

I wish there is no one as she is anywhere in the world.

Derry Girls (2018–2022)

My eyes tears I love these Girls specially Lolla and sister Mart and for the first time a TV show with no much sex and sex jokes .

The thing is I'm not American and all I used to know about it it's the land of dreams. Until this TV show which shows you every real catastrophe that face an average American all the obstacles if you are poor chances are you may stay poor forever. In my homeland if A woman is in Alex situation her father's house is always open for here if not her father is anyone closely related. For once I felt like my homeland it's also the land of dreams .

The tv show is not just that but it tells you what to do if you're being abused to report it first don't go all hush hush about it and tell yourself it's like this in every house you may not be as lucky as Alex and get a shared custody.

Beyond all that the actress performance was exceptional.

Dear Evan Hansen (2021)

I don't like musicals but this was literally different. It's emotional and funny complicated in a classic high school movie way. But it touched sensitive subjects like loneliness suicide anxiety and depression. How suicide leaves parents desperate to know anything about their late beloved son. And how Even who owned nothing could give them what he couldn't get and that was compassion and consolation.

It made me cry.

I woke up and was like " what should I be watching " it has been a while since I watched something. So i was quite surprised 'cause i had no clue there's a Selena Gomez tv show ! It's been a while right!. I'm excited I watch the first two episodes and they are great funny and gloomy, it should be it's a gloomy Tv show after all. I know this has nothing to do with the show itself but I love Selena's outfits and color mixtures. Soo girly I know.

Any way enjoy this.

The story may echoes and send you back to some classic murder mystery movies but the performance of Amy Adams top it. And to be honest I didn't see it coming and it rang no bell.

The Dig (2021)

It's a movie of values, giving appreciation and credit. Set during the wwII when the world is messy enough to dig the great lost past that as always lead to future. A widow ask an un appreciated excavation to come and dig up her land because she has a feeling that it buries something extraordinary.

Nomadland (2020)

Nomadland or a track to forget

It's wonderfully odd what memories are capable of and where it can take you. A group of ppl who found peace only in running each had its own hunter but all fighting together. I kept feeling that they just wanted their time to end without suicide and the best way was to be a traveler and I figure that someone else can find a scape in settlement. It's a good movie and yet again McDormand proves that there aint a character she cant perform

Promising Young Woman (2020)

I cant believe this movie.. it's beyond magnificent. I experienced all the feelings in it it started funny then it made me mad and ended up making me all shaked up crying. Did I wished a different end a less tragic? yep but I don't believe It would have make it this great. This is the best movie that Carey Mulligan cast

This movie is great the acters performance is perfect and I cried alot I can't be mad enough at the negative reviews. Got me thinking of all the thought i had about my mom although she is nothing close to Bev just like i'm noth Like J D. I had just got in a fight with my mom cause I'm sick she called and told me to do things instruct me and she was mad cause she thought I could take care of myself better now I think maybe being mad is how she can express her worries about my well being. I told her she is always negative and she disconnected. I'll call her back and make up an excuse for my call

I hate when Jake says " Tada" and when he just make things up ice cream school it's creepy and should be described as horror not a thrill.! Because well I don't feel thrilled and i hate horror movies it's not like eternal sunshine of spotless mind or inception this just creepy in a painful way There are clues.. Lucie's name kept changes and so did her outfit and accent. The thermoses in the drawer, the janitor uniform in the washing machine. But then what! those clues led to nothing. I gave it 7 because of the actors performance but there's no story here.

The story is amazing, the 20 something minutes pass in a blink, but Sydney is James in ( the end of the f world) she's copying his facial expression gestures and his fashion style. The second lame thing is that we get Netflix you're supporting LGBTs and everything but don't make any psychologically disturbed character gay! are you trying to say that everyone with a psychological issues and difficult teenage is end up gay !

The movie does not want to convince you with anything, it allso not hear to grow the weird ideas you are talking about it's a re-production with a different window you can look through it enjoy the view but no one press on you to make it your favorite view, it's fun full of moves action jokes the actress were amazing and did it just marvelous please enjoy it rather than just criticize it based on your judgement even before watching

I took much long time to think about th right thing to say about this, Despite the vigorous attacks I loved it from the confusing music to the very end and lack of truth. Perhaps Dickinson biography is different no one really knows but the attempt to speculate and to put it in such oddly pleasing way that thing for sure would make Emily pleased.
