The beginning of the film that shows us the terrible story; situation of the city, government's actions, fear inside the people's eye and the story of Bill is good.
Everything is going perfect until the appearance of frank. I mean siriously?
The romantic time of them was a bit longer and I personally think if they were friends instead of lovers, it could be more acceptable. Most of the episode is just about these two. We could see more actions and fights between Bill, Frank, and bandits or at least more talking scenes about main characters.
Overall, the start and ending was acceptable and really touched my feelings. I really liked the staging and designs. I hope it gets back to it's right original way that fans like without unacceptable creativity.
