The Twilight Zone: Night Call (1964)
Watch this alone in the dark
Definitely one of the scariest episodes.
Everytime that phone rang, I jumped. And the ending is yet another wonderful twist with another poignant moral nobody could see coming.
The Twilight Zone: One for the Angels (1959)
Wonderful 2nd episode from Season 1
I wasn't that thrilled with the first ever Twilight Zone episode, but this one is just terrific.
The only complaint I have is the believability of when the girl is hit, how she is lying perfectly straight with no visible wounds, and then wakes up as if everything is fine.
But that ending..... wow. What a beautiful and poignant ending.
I cry everytime I watch it.
The Twilight Zone: The Fear (1964)
Underrated episode
This episode is not only a terrific mystery as to what the heck is going on (as many Twilight Zones are) but the interactions between the sheriff and the snobbish woman is quite entertaining.
Two strangers alone in a mountain cabin with possible space aliens outside? That's a neat story.
And the message about fear is another relatable moral, told in a most interesting way.
I'm surprised this isn't considered one of Rod's classic episodes.
The Twilight Zone: Ring-A-Ding Girl (1963)
One of the Best
This is one of the very best stories of the series, with an incredibly moving ending.
When people talk about classic Twilight Zone episodes, I'm surprised this one isn't mentioned more often.
BH90210 (2019)
A pleasant surprise
Before this started I was thinking how pathetic and embarrassing this sounded, but I was wrong.
It was really well done. Particularly because they addressed and made fun of things in their real lives, like failed marriages, Tori Spelling's money troubles, etc.
My favorite moment is where Ian Ziering explodes at Tori and says "How could
you grow up with every advantage in life and still struggle to support your kids?
"It's mind boggling to me!!"
They also did some wonderful, subtle tributes to Luke Perry without being sappy
or lingering on it.
I'm really looking forward to next week's episode now.
