Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen: The Blood Warfare (2022)
A Beautiful Welcome Back
This arc is going to be one wild ride. The first episode blew me away with its stunning animation, amazing soundtrack, and great sound effects. The art style and animation of this episode cannot be commended enough. So much effort went into adapting this arc, and it shows. 3-D animation is being used now for Hollows, which worked, the 3-D was well executed. Voice acting from everyone was top notch, no surprises there. The new group of villains and their leader already feel like such a threat. They're mysterious and menacing. Ichigo is back and I now realize just how much I missed him. I can't wait for the next episode.
Riverdale: Chapter One Hundred and Seventeen: Night of the Comet (2022)
I don't know how this has a high rating
What even just happened, a comet almost hitting the Earth and Cheryl stopping it with powers she was given by everyone? What are these writers doing lol.
The Boys: The Instant White-Hot Wild (2022)
Beautiful
A perfect finale for a perfect season. It was nonstop and kept me surprised and excited the entire episode. The Boys is one of the best shows on television right now.
Boku no hîrô akademia: Clash! Class A vs. Class B! (2021)
Here early and the rating is weirdly low
Currently this episode has a 6.5/10 but i don't get that. It was a solid episode and it set up the coming arc well. It wasn't super eventful but it made me excited for what comes next.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier: The Whole World Is Watching (2021)
Perfect Character Episode
Minor spoilers: This episode did so much for Bucky, Karli, Sam, and John. Karli has become one of the most understandable villains of the MCU, although we have now learned that she isn't the true villain of the series. The final scene really sets the stage for the last two episodes and I can't wait to see where it goes from here.
Invincible: It's About Time (2021)
A Spectacular Start
At first it didn't seem like anything too special, but I was still enjoying it. By the end of the episode, especially with the last scene, I knew that this is not something that I've seen before. I can tell that this show will not hold back and that the action will be amazing. I really like the characters and the performance are great. I definitely would recommend this show.
Podcast But Outside (2019)
Inspiring
Andrew and Slangley are both great people doing this podcast for a great cause. Andrew and Amelia Bearfart are my favorite podcast hosts. Great job team.
Dokutâ Sutôn: Secret Mission (2021)
Stop rating these low
I don't know why I'm so bothered by this but the season is on par with the last season and these ratings keep getting lower. They aren't super low but they're a good bit lower than the last season's and I just don't get why. This season deserves better
Dokutâ Sutôn: Prison Break (2021)
What's with the lower ratings this season?
I've noticed that the average ratings for the episodes this seasons have been a bit lower than episodes from season one. I know no one can explain why on here but I don't understand why. This season so far has been brilliant and completely on par with the first season. I'm enjoying it very much and I can't wait for more.
One Punch Man: Wanpanman (2015)
One of the funniest and most entertaining anime I've seen
One Punch Man is an amazing series that always keeps you entertained. I don't understand the hate against the second season. I noticed literally no difference in the animation. Also, I love Saitama just as much as the next guy, but just because he doesn't have that much screen time in season two doesn't mean the season is bad. There is something called world building. It focuses a good bit on other characters like Metal Bat and Garou and I appreciate that. Speaking of Garou, he is one of the greatest anime villains I've ever seen. In conclusion, One Punch Man is hilarious and so easy to watch. It keeps your attention and it has such unique and interesting characters. Give the show a watch if you haven't seen it already.
Shingeki no Kyojin: The War Hammer Titan (2021)
If you give this anything other than a 10...
This episode deserves a 10/10 and if you say otherwise you're in denial. Sure, the CGI will take some getting used to but it works well. It's good CGI anyway, if you want examples of bad CGI in anime, look no further than Berserk (2016) and EX-ARM. This episode was spectacular and kept me excited and smiling for the whole runtime. Thank you MAPPA, you did an amazing job.
Ghost of Tsushima (2020)
Ghost of Tsushima
This is a game like no other. It is one of the most beautiful games that I have ever played. The story, the scenery, the music, all of it is just breathtaking. The combat is so crisp and satisfying. The characters really feel like people and it really feels like you are in their world. I do not have a single complaint about it. I highly recommend this game for anyone who wants to play an immersive and enthralling experience. Ghost of Tsushima gets a 10/10 from me.
Shinseiki Evangelion (1995)
Wow
Neon Genesis Evangelion... where do I even start. What a beautiful, brilliant, and bizarre series. This show paired with The End of Evangelion is just perfect. It starts off as what seems like just teenagers piloting robots and fighting aliens, and it spirals into a philosophical religious masterpiece. It is not for everyone. It deals with trauma and has a good bit of disturbing imagery, especially in the movie. If you feel like you can handle things like that, I highly recommend it. Honestly I am so glad that I watched Evangelion and it is definitely one of the most brilliant stories that I have ever seen unfold. Please follow the series up with The End of Evangelion.
Boku no hîrô akademia: His Start (2020)
Blown away
After the last arc, I've been waiting for something amazing. There were great moments in the past arc, but nothing that blew me away like this episode. The battle that takes place is beautiful and is the best battle since Deku vs Overhaul
Boku no hîrô akademia: Infinite 100% (2020)
I'm stunned
This episode was just absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. The best episode in the series so far. It's so fast paced and keeps you invested. The animation is amazing in this episode and the action is so good. This was already my favorite anime and it's most definitely my favorite anime now. I loved it.
The Flash: Duet (2017)
Mostly Pointless
While this episode is fun and creative, it was not the best episode, not even close. This episode does not appeal to most of the general audience of this show, because the general audience of this show would most likely not be fans of musicals. I have to give them credit for the creativity that they put into this episode, because there was a lot of it, but it was cheesy and pointless. The end was not pointless, in fact it was very important, but it shows it in the recap in the next episode. You could skip this episode entirely and still know everything important. In conclusion, it could be a fun episode, but at times it was boring and way too cheesy. Most people who watch this show would not enjoy it.
