Scarborough (2021)
Truthful and lovely
As some one who worked in Toronto social services, this movie is so spot on with the portrayal of those in need and fall between the cracks, and those that try to assist them with accessing the support they want and need. Bravo.
It's a Hard Truth Ain't It (2018)
Excellent
As someone who spent their careeer working in children's mental health, this documentary rightly stresses what we have said for years- " it is easier to build up a child, than to repair an adult". Thank you for this gift of an eye into these men's lives.
The Midnight Sky (2020)
Great movie
Loved it. Great acting, beautiful visually. Not boring at all. Most of these reviews are far too critical and must have no patience or attention span. Please watch.
Cats (2019)
As good as the Stage show
Sorry Critics. Bravo! Those of us who love the stage musical also loved the movie. I guess you never saw the stage production. So therefore you should refrain from your negative comments.
Lodge 49 (2018)
Loved the quirkyness
It is a great quirky show. Love that it develops slowly. Unusual premise and characters. I look forward to every episode.
Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert (2018)
Fabulous
As great as the original. Just hated the commercials.
The Durrells (2016)
The best
Love, love, love it. Wish I had such an exciting and eccentric family. Can't say one bad thing about it. The books may be quite different, but that is what makes this series so interesting. I love when stories at looked at from a different point of view. People need to put aside pre-conceived notions and learn to be non-judgemental. The books are the books-love them for what they are, and the series is fabulous on its own.
