The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1988)
The "New" Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
One of my childhood favorites this is definitely one of the best cartoons out there for young kids. To bad they show it on so early though. This is one of those cartoons I don't mind watching with my little brother, sometimes, I admit, I like to watch the show, I'm not obsessed though. But it's sooo CUTE! Everything on this show is well-made the episodes are very unique and original, they don't start shouting at you to say jump *cough*dora*cough, and all the characters are lovable, even rabbit. This show is definitely worth your kids time, and most of them have very good morals to teach young ones. I wish there were More kid shows like this. (Obviously this isn't the "new" adventures sine there like almost 20 years old!).
Tru Confessions (2002)
Are these kid's memorys bad, or have they never watched this??
It's amazing how I talk to kids that are 15 and 17, and they don't even Remember the movie, even though I KNEW they watched it!!! It's truly said, really, it is. This was great Disney movie that had a good message that Disney didn't ruin. Disney should REALLY put it on. Easily the most UNDERRATED movie in Disney history...SERIOUSLY, I DO NOT know why Disney never shows it anymore. Does (Disney) thinks this generation can't handle these types of movies or something. (True life, not all that Disney stuff they show know that basically doesn't portray how highschool is, I don't mean that Disney should put all the bad stuff that highschool has...but still...Disney makes it like...everybody wins, nothing bad happens, something bad happens, but in the end everything gets perfect...arr annoying)! I mean, I know Disney's for young kids, even pre-teens and teens.
I remember how Disney was a good chanel, so weird, boy meets world (still show it) smart guy. etc, etc...It's sad, really, it is. Good times, good times...
The Little Princess (1939)
It would have mad a OK/good movie if it was the book never existed
It was fairly enjoyable, but really, they only used the base of the book and altered the rest. It basically isn't anything like the book. Like I said, I would have liked it better, if the book never existed. If it never existed I would have given the movie a seven, it's not Shirley's greatest movies (even though she acts good in them).
I was very disappointed, but we I can still sit through it. Whenever my great-grandma comes to visit our house we put in a Shirley movie, it comforts her a lot she's always saying, "Oh boy, that Shirley Temple is such a neat kid." Was a good enough film for my family to fairly enjoy, we have the d.v.d, I seldom watch it, but If I'm ever in the mood I'll pop it in.
Doogal (2006)
boring............
This was the all-time boring est movie I have ever seen in my short life. The plot line..boring..the jokes..boring..the animals..boring. This movie wasn't even on a long time in the theaters. It would have been better if it was a made for t.v. I would have respected it more and give it 2 stars. It definitely didn't have any qualities for a theatric movie. When I went to the theaters, that was the first time I actually wanted to leave after 10 minutes of watching it.
I can't believe the creators of the 'Fairly Odd Parents' did such an awful job on this movie. And I don't even like the odd parents. I expected more of this movie. I am very aware that this movie was made for little children. But that doesn't mean that older and adults can't say that they didn't like this movie.
At least I got some sleep in the theater! No offense to anyone who like this movie.
