A Christmas Story Christmas (2022)
I bawled through the entire movie.
I actually did. I bawled through the entire movie. I loved every second of it. Don't try to much to compare it to the original. It stands on its own yet it holds on enough of the original to bring in this wonderful, magical nostalgic tone throughout. They all go through new challenges that are their own, yet are somehow connected to the challenges that Ralphie and his family faced over three decades ago. I don't know if I can watch it again for a little bit because I am definitely emotionally drained. I recommend this movie to the old and the new. Is so simple but very deep in its message. Like I said, I may not be able to watch it again soon, but it will always be part of my "must see a hundred times" Christmas movies !!
The King of Queens: Animal Attraction (2003)
Betty Gutenplant
Pure comic genius is displayed in the scene with Spence and Betty. Inputting the name "Betty Gutenplant" has me rolling and still does every time I watch it. You have to watch it to believe it!
Seinfeld: The Understudy (1995)
Very funny
I'm surprised at all the negative reviews of this episode. The scene with Frank Costanza and Elaine in the nail salon where Elaine brings him in as a spy, is funny enough to carry the whole episode, in my opinion.
Ma (2019)
Pretty captivating
Really good movie. Original story and Octavia does an awesome job. You really believe she's out of her freaking mind. Good supporting cast. Was cool to see so many "Mom" alumni along for the ride. Have watched it twice. Definitely recommend. Would like to see a sequel in the works.
