Shingeki no Kyojin: Declaration of War (2021)
''I'm the same as you''... a really shocked/hyped viewer
Attack on Titan keeps showing why is one of the most important tv show out there, with a story, themes and characters, that not only can resound with the anime community, but also with anyone interested in watching a great show.
MAPPA studio has done an amazing job during this final season, with every episode displaying the best it can offer in terms of direction, voice acting, editing, animation and music score.
I read that Hajime Isayama was planing on retiring after finishing the story. Can't blame him. Its going to be hard to surpass his own masterpiece.
Better Call Saul: Bad Choice Road (2020)
What a ride
This week episode showed us that there are things more dangerous than the desert. Everyone acting was superb. I haven't seen a show with this quality of acting, writing and directing in a long time. This year better be a multiple award winning season to all involved in this show, they deserve it. The last 5 minutes are just the best thing I've watched in years.
Shingeki no Kyojin: Midnight Sun (2019)
This is how you make it to #1
This episode is a masterpiece! Last week we were treated to visual gem, with lots of production values. If last week episode had great voice acting, tonight's episode was beyond amazing. This episode shows that this isn't just one of the greatest anime series to date, but also one of the greatest TV shows out there.
Shingeki no Kyojin: Hero (2019)
AOT is my GOT
After seeing GOT season finale last week I was left with a deep feeling of dissapointment. Then came episode 4 of S3 pt.2 of AOT and it delivered in its 20 minute run, more feels than 80 min of the highest produced show in modern history.
Episode 5 of AOT keeps things pump up to 11 from the start and it doesn't let go until the credits have rolled. After seeing this week episode, I can trully say this is one of the best animated shows ever produced.
GOT may be over, but AOT is here to fill the void.
SSSS.Gridman: Collapse (2018)
I never saw it coming
Ever since this show started we knew we were in for a ride. And its been a real good one. Its easy to make a tokusatsu show with lots of monsters, power ups, and OP attacks, but the writers have made and incredible job making SSSS.Gridman stand above the rest. The end is near, and hopefully, the answer to all our questions.
PS: be on the look out for that amazing NGE reference in this episode
SSSS.Gridman: Confrontation (2018)
It gets better and better
SSSS Gridman is the most under rated show of this season, and it deserves recognition. The animation is amazing and its really well crafted in every technical level. The plot is "monster of the week" type, but it has so many things going on that its hard not to think what will happen next. The characters keep getting more interesting and as the plot moves forward, it just gets better and better every week, and with only 4 episode left, I can't wait to see how will everything turn out in the end. In studio Trigger we trust.
