...I cried several times...I lived this love story as a young man...sans the happy ending. Love your gay children, support your gay friends...I wish I had the courage in 1991 to come out...alas, different times. I'm a happy {mostly} healthy proud gay man now, but I didn't come out until grad school. It's so encouraging now to see that being gay in mid and high school is no big deal...even hip. Gays running for president. Vive La difference!
