Not only did a 'jump' when Kurt was testing the blood, but this movie made me jump a 2nd time when the Doc got his hands cut off by the stomach. I never jump in a movie, let alone twice...

JESUS CHRIST! The part where Kevin Bacon is on the couch tired and he reaches forward to grab the remote and then leans back on the couch as the dead, ghost girl was sitting next to him. Whoa...

3. Saw (2004)

Votes: 466,631 | Gross: $56.00M

The 'SAW' franchise has become a huge joke with no suspense or horror, just bloody, disgusting deaths. But the 1st Saw, had the best story, you didn't know what to expect, you didn't know who the killer was and it had genuine 'pop-outs' with the pig costume. Life for example; the part where Adam is in his house with the lights out and he uses his camera flashes to see. Then he opens the closet and flashes as the pig pops-out and grabs him.

4. Scream (1996)

Votes: 388,370 | Gross: $103.05M

The movie that saved horror. Well, the part that got me was when Drew Barrymore was on the phone with the killer, crying and stuff, as the chair goes through the back french doors. Made me jump...

Votes: 135,697 | Gross: $155.46M

This pop-out is truly the part out that I never saw coming. When Harrison Ford is putting Michelle Pfeiffer, in the bathtub and her head goes back but with the dead girl's face on her, making not only Indiana Jones jump, but my ass as well.

6. Paranormal Activity 2 (2010)

53 Metascore

Votes: 109,859 | Gross: $84.75M

I haven't jumped in years and when I do jump,it's very subtle and no one notices. I don't make a scene about it and yell. But the part where the sister was in the kitchen, just tired, and all the cabinets just pop-out, I jumped like a teenage girl.

7. Signs (2002)

PG-13 | 106 min | Drama, Mystery, Sci-Fi

59 Metascore

Director: M. Night Shyamalan | Stars: Mel Gibson, Joaquin Phoenix, Rory Culkin, Abigail Breslin

Votes: 385,652 | Gross: $227.97M

It is very easy for me to pick this movie; sure the alien walking across the screen gave me goosebumps, then again I was 10 at the time, but the part where Mel Gibson is in the crops and he drops his flashlight, and goes to pick it up and the light shines on the alien's leg for a split second made me jump.

Votes: 1,106,483 | Gross: $44.02M

The part where Danny is riding his little bike down the hallway and he turns the corner and stops at the sight of the little evil twins holding hands in front of him. That was a true old-school pop-out.

9. Halloween (1978)

90 Metascore

Votes: 306,755 | Gross: $47.00M

The movie that got me into horror movies when I was 10. It was my first DVD and it was just scary the first time when you saw it when you were young. The part part that got me when I was little was when Bob was walking after he had sex with Lynda, and Michael Myers pops-out from the closet and pins Bob to the wall with the knife.

10. The Blair Witch Project (1999)

The part where they are all in the tent, scared for their lives, and then BAM! Out of nowhere the 'witch' or whatever started banging on the tent and they all haul ass.
