This movie is overrated. It has awesome effects and really is a must-see if you're into breathtaking shots, but the storyline sucks as hell. In the trailer is everything you want/need to know. Also, I don't think this movie is watchable on your little laptop or TV-screen, so when you decide to see this one, see it in the cinema.

When I saw the trailer I was like 'wow nice, it's about slavery and war', but the whole movie is about a damned Amendment that has to pass the Congress. Damn I expected more action and a bigger role of the slaves... Though, Spielberg has made the best of it and learned me alot more about the history of slavery.
