9/10- Many people say this film is just "shock for the sake of shock." There are a lot of other movies with similar content that I would say the same thing about, but not this one. I genuinely loved the story line, cinematography, concept and main character. The acting is mostly great as well. With that said, there are a few effects that don't deliver and a few scenes try too hard to push the envelope of bad taste, but come off silly instead of shocking, which is the only thing that keeps me from giving this a higher rating.
