Match #1: Skye Blue def. Tfa (Taryn from Accounting)
My Thoughts: This was a pretty decent and competitive opener for this week’s show and both women delivered throughout the match. Great to see Tfa get some exposure via Aew too.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Jake Hager def. Adam Knight
My Thoughts: Adam Knight looked like he might give Jake Hager a run for his money, especially given how competitive the previous match was, but no. This was a squash of the highest order with Hager eventually hitting Knight with a Vader Bomb to get the win!

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which is a Short five-match card… and let’s just say I’m loving the shorter shows. So let’s get right to it!
Match #1: Penelope Ford def. Alice Crowley
My Thoughts: Nice to see Penelope Ford in action once again and, as commentary pointed out, she looked rather more aggressive in this one than usual. This was pretty much a squash match for Ford, hopefully to build her numbers and get her back into the main event picture.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Darius Martin & Matt Sydal def. Cezar Bononi & Ryan Nemeth
My Thoughts: Another good outing for the team of Darius Martin & Matt Sydal, though I appreciated that this one went a Lot longer than their Elevation match this week! Cezar Bononi & Ryan Nemeth are the wrong kind of opponents for Martin and Sydal though…

Welcome to this week’s review of Aew: Dark, which airs just 48 hours after the companies Revolution pay per view. This one is in front of a hot crowd at a pre-Rampage taping. With 1o matches on this card there’s a lot to cover so let’s get right to it.

Both wrestlers were at the first Ring of Honor show and are facing one another here tonight! They observed the code of honor before the match, shaking hands. Daniels hit the leg lariat on Bryan and then followed up with a split legged moonsault off the ropes. Back in the ring, Bryan clobbered Daniels with roundhouse kicks. Danielson applied a bow and arrow submission and Christopher Daniels, who grabbed the ropes to break the hold. They traded chops! Daniels planted...
