Welcome to this week’s review of Aew’s latest television show, Collision, which brings wrestling back to Saturday nights! We’ve got the commentary team of Caprice Coleman and Kevin Kelly calling the action this week, so let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Orange Cassidy, Penta El Zero Miedo & Eddie Kingston def. The Butcher, The Blade & Kip Sabian The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Sabian shoved Penta El Zero Miedo. Butcher and Kingston rammed each other with shoulder blocks. Blade and Butcher double teamed Kingston. Penta tagged in and hit Blade with a thrust kick. Penta threw Blade on top of Butcher in the corner. Kip pulled Penta’s legs from outside the ring, crotching Penta on the ring post. Orange Cassidy took offense to this and connected with a tope suicida to Kip Sabian. Cassidy cracked Kip with a thrust kick. Kip distracted the ref...

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which once again this week features a whopping Nine matches – where’s the swift and fun five-match card gone?! Anyway, on with the review…
Match #1: Ar Fox def. Nick Comoroto
My Thoughts: Good god, this was an unexpectedly great match! I honestly didn’t think we’d see a match this good from Nick Comoroto. Ever. Kudos to Ar Fox for getting such a good performance from Comoroto, making both of them look fantastic come the match’s conclusion.
My Score: 3.5 out of 5 Match #2: Skye Blue def. Queen Aminata
My Thoughts: And you can repeat everything I said about the Fox/Comoroto match for this match too. Queen Aminata has always stood out from the enhancement talent Aew bring in to face their performers and here she got a great match out of Skye Blue, easily one of her best matches in the company so far.

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features Fourteen matches, though we also get some of Aew’s bigger stars on the show, which makes up for the ridiculous amount of matches Imho. Anyway, on with the review…
Match #1: Action Andretti def. Tony Deppen
My Thoughts: Action Andretti continues his winning streak in this opening match, though why Deppen was allowed to get as much offence as he did – especially against the guy that beat Chris Jericho in his debut. Still, a great start to this week’s Dark.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Evil Uno def. J. Spade
My Thoughts: Evil Uno’s turning to the dark side continues… I sincerely hope this new vicious streak continues and we get a stronger, more dominant Dark Order too. Shame the audience wasn’t into this one though.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #3: Parker Boudreaux def.

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, which features eight matches on the card. We’ve got regulars Paul Wight and Matt Menard on commentary as usual. So let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Dark Order def. El Dragon, El Cobarde, and Vary Morales
My Thoughts: I’ll repeat Exactly what I said last week… Another win (and appearance in fact) for Dark order on Aew’s YouTube shows. No sure what the plan is for this now-diminished faction but they’re back doing skits about hiring folks to be in the group on Bte, so maybe that’s a good sign? Otherwise, this was your typical Dark Order squash match against enhancement talent.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Big Bill def. Gino
My Thoughts: Squash! And one that went on too long for a squash match. Ridiculous.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #3: Jade Cargill and Leila Grey def.

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features eight matches and takes us back to the typical Dark studio setting rather than coming from on the road… Anyway, on with the review.
Match #1: Britt Baker def. Billie Starkz
My Thoughts: This was a fantastic opening match, with Billie Starkz giving Britt Baker a decent run, almost getting the win with a super-close pinfall attempt. Starkz even made Baker bleed! Apparently this was filmed a while ago, which takes some of the momentum out of the finished product but still, I really enjoyed this one.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Dark Order def. Baliyan Akki, Marcus Kross & Vary Morales
My Thoughts: Dark Order versus enhancement talent… Oh, I wonder who;s going to win this one? And what do you know, it’s also a squash! Yes, this one weas another by-the-book Aew YouTube match for the Dark Order.

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which is another stacked 10-match card; which is one less match than last week I suppose… On with the review!
Match #1: Marina Shafir def. Sio Nieves
My Thoughts: We’re in quasi-squash territory for this one. Unfortunately Shafir hasn’t lived up to her potential so far but there’s still time for her to develop in matches like this or… Maybe its time to get Shafir a manager as a mouth piece? Her in-rings skills are fine but she seems to get distracted by the storytelling aspects of wrestling.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Ari Daivari def. Ar Fox
My Thoughts: This was a great match between two guys that are always seemingly under most fan’s radar(s). This was a fantastic display of technical wrestling from Daivari and Fox. I may not like Daivari’s new faction but...

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which, after last week’s short five-match card, is a whopping 11-match show..! Let’s just say I prefer the shorter shows. Let’s get right into the review!
Match #1: John Silver & Alex Reynolds def. Zuka & Alexander Moss
My Thoughts: I’m in a constant state of worry about the current 4-man roster of the Dark Order. It seems like the further away from the death of Brodie Lee, the more Tony Khan seems to be abandoning this team. I do sometimes wonder if not for their connection to Hangman Page, would they all still be in Aew? Which is a shame because the Dark Order, and in particular John Silver & Alex Reynolds, always deliver great matches – even on Dark and Elevation!

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which emanates from Aew Universal once again. We’ve got Taz and Excalibur on commentary as usual, so let’s get to the action!
Match #1: The Renegade Twins def. Rocky Radley & Allie Recks
My Thoughts: The Renegade Twins get to face the enhancement talent rather than Be the enhancement talent? What a shocker. And they got some decent competition in Radley and Recks (that’s actually one hell of a tag team name Imho), making this another… let’s say it together… Aew quasi-squash match!
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #2: Anthony Ogogo def. Meto
My Thoughts: This was Anthony Ogogo doing his usual thing of playing with his opponent, this time for longer than usual. I do wonder where Ogogo’s career can go beyond these kinds of matches?
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #3: Peter Avalon & Ryan Nemeth def. Adrian Alanis...

Another episode of Aew: Dark, which this week is back being taped at Aew Universal. Let’s join Taz and Excalibur, commentators for Dark as usual, and see what this week’s Nine matches have in store… The match count keeps getting higher!
Match #1: Max Caster def. Trever Aeon
My Thoughts: Trever Aeon certainly has a striking look, however he didn’t have the striking ability to beat Max Caster who took the fight to Aeon in a typical Aew quasi-squash match!
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Serpentico def. Vary Morales
My Thoughts: Serpentico wrestling in another singles match without Luther? Joy! Here he takes on the ever-reliable Vary Morales, who’s always impressed in his Aew appearances. And that’s the case here too, as Morales goes toe-to-toe with Serpentico in a fantastic, fast-paced match between two evenly-matched competitors.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #3: Kris Statlander def.

Welcome to Nerdly’s review of a very special 101st episode of Aew: Dark, a bonuis this week in a Friday night slot – no doubt added to the weeks roster of shows to get Aew fans used to watching their programming on Friday nights, just on time for next weeks debut of Aew: Rampage.
Match #1: Jurassic Express def. Ryzin and D3
My Thoughts: Jurassic Express ran over Ryzin and D3 like bugs. Luchasaurus got some decent action here, unlike most weeks, in your usual Aew quasi-squash match!
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #2: Kris Statlander def. Leila Grey
My Thoughts: Another quick match that felt somewhat deflated. There was nothing here that stood out from either women. Hell, they even looked so similar everything blurred into one!
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #3: Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix def. Jake St. Patrick and Sage Scott

Welcome to this weeks episode of Aew Dark: Elevation, I’m editor Phil and let’s get straight to it, with no messing – much like Elevation itself!
Match #1: Ftr def. Royce Isaacs and Jorel Nelson
My Thoughts: Royce Isaacs and Jorel Nelson had a pretty decent showing here thanks to Ftr giving them some leeway to show off. A couplke of spots looked a little too telegraphed but otherwise this was a decent hard-hitting Wrestling match as per most of Ftr’s matches.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Nyla Rose def. Delmi Exo
My Thoughts: Another Nyla squash. Anyone else wishing she’d face an actual opponent these days? Another case of linger intro than match!

I’m Nathan Favel and this simplified version of the column shall encompass all of the major reviews on the site and serve as the exclusive debut of many of the leagues’ different reviews, including the Major League Wrestling, Ring Of Honor, National Wrestling Alliance, Nxt UK and 205 Live, along with my versions of the two Aew: Dark reviews and the debut of New Japan Strong. These promotions will have their matches scored and the best match of the week will be named before we wrap-up with a verdict on the week in wrestling overall. Okay. Let’s kick some ass. Another week, another episode of Aew Dark: Elevation – the first of this weeks Aew programmes and usually a good indicator of what we can expect from Aew booking this week. Lets check it out!
Match #1: Lee Johnson def. David Ali
My Thoughts: This was a great match-up between two great wrestlers. Lee Johnson got the rub from this match, furthering his push in Aew. Though Ali looked good in defeat too.
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #2: Eddie Kingston def. Vsk
My Thoughts: Another great pairing. Kingston did his usual thing, with a great delayed suplex; but this was no squash! Vsk was given time to showcase his skills even if you knew he was never going to win.
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #3: Scorpio Sky & Ethan Page def. Fuego Del Sol and Baron Black

Welcome to this weeks review of Aew: Dark, which can’t be any worse than this weeks Elevation can it? Let’s find out!
Match #1: Powerhouse Hobbs & Ricky Starks def. Aaron Frye & Brick Aldridge
My Thoughts: Well this was Supossed to be a tag match… Instead we got Powerhouse Hobbs squashing his opponents in around 30 seconds as Ricky Starks looked on in repose. Isn’t it about time Hobbs got some legitimate competition?
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Leyla Hirsch def. Diamante
My Thoughts: Well damn! This was a well-matched pair. Diamante and the Legit one went toe-to-toe in a match that looked brutal – literally like neither woman pulled any punches… or kicks! Leyla Hirsch looked like she was having as much fun here as she did in her tag matches with Ryo Mizunami.

Welcome to this weeks review of Aew Dark: Elevation, and I can’t believe we’re back to a ridiculous 2 And A Half(!) hour long show. Really Aew? Really? Do you want people to Not watch your product… Seriously, last weeks 90-odd minute show was the perfecrt length. This one? Not so much.
Match #1: Dark Order’s 10 def. Zack Clayton
My thoughts: Poor 10. Just when you thought he was due for a push up the card, facing some decent opponents, he gets to face a reality TV star come wrestler in Zack Clayton. Who looks less like he was green and more like he was literally walking through an over-rehearsed match. Slow, cumbersome and telegraphing a lot of moves this was amateur-hour stuff that went on – and I can’t believe I’m saying this – too long! Poor 10… But hey, at least -1 got to have fun.

We’ve got an extra pre-Revolution episode of Aew: Dark this week – ninty minutes of PPV teases and matches that (I suspect) will make no sense follwing the PPV… Anyone else think the same? Everytime there’s a “game-changing” Aew pay per view it seems we get an extra Dark. Now is that as a lead in for the PPV or… as I suspect… are they burning off pre-taped matches that will be effected by the outcome of said PPV? Whatever the case its more Aew in a week and I’m here for it!
Match #1: The Natural Nightmares def. Peter Avalon and Cesar Bononi
Bononi got to showcase his strength in this match, even if it ran a mere (and swift) four plus minutes. Nothing really stood out in this opener making this a very cool start to a Dark that should’ve been hot from the get-go.
