Exclusive: Vertical Entertainment has picked up North American rights on A Fairy Tale After All, the musical fantasy, and will release the film in select theaters on February 18, 2022.
Produced, written, and directed by Erik Peter Carlson, the film stars Emily Shenaut as Sky, a high school teenager who is magically transported to the fairy tale Kingdom of Celestia, where the villagers know her as Princess Geneva. She immediately finds herself on a daring journey to rescue her father, the King, from the evil forces of Madame Mizrabel and her slapstick sidekicks.
The picture is live-action with puppets, in the vein of Labyrinth, with Brian Hull voicing the main puppet character. The cast also includes Gabriel Burrafato, Bridget Winder, Timothy N. Kopacz, plus voice-over actor Anna Brisbin. It also features five original songs written and performed by singer and songwriter Chelsi Hardcastle.

Sales, production and financing company Premiere Entertainment Group has acquired worldwide rights to the live-action musical fantasy “A Fairy Tale After All.” Peg will be introducing the film to buyers during the virtual Cannes market.

The kidnap thriller Wolf Mother is getting closer to its November release date. In early November, the film will be made available on Joblo's Youtube Channel. The film stars: Najarra Townsend (Contracted), New York stage actor Kevin Pinassi, Tom Sizemore (Heat) and ex-con actor Dave Vescio. It was directed by Erik Peter Carlson. And now, a second red band trailer is available for the film, right here. The newest trailer shows many of the film's prominent actors. Actor Dave Vescio, as Bobby, is first seen, looking at a kidnapped girl. Najarra Townsend as Zelda is then shown talking about a team of killers. Events begin to pick-up, with Jon (Sizemore) telling characters: "you are not going to make it." Kevin Pinassi, as Benjamin, can be seen in a car chase. And, all of action is set to be released, to viewers, in just under a week. Wolf Mother will be made available internationally.

JoBlo and Riding Hood Motion Pictures are teaming up to bring Wolf Mother to audiences. The film is a kidnap thriller, starring: Najarra Townsend (Contracted), Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan), ex-con Dave Vescio, Kevin Pinassi and Mario Olsen. This title will release in early November, on Joblo's Youtube Channel. The film was developed by director Erik Peter Carlson. And, a preview of the film's online launch is hosted here. Director Carlson is excited about the upcoming release of Wolf Mother. He says of the film and of its distribution: "the traditional indie model has been obsolete for years...with our release on JoBlo's YouTube Channel, Wolf Mother will be in the hands of millions of people at once around the globe." The first teaser trailer has been released for Wolf Mother. From Riding Hood Motion Pictures, Wolf Mother is a blend of genres. The first teaser trailer shows a young kidnapped girl and a criminal underworld. The film stars Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan), Najarra Townsend (Contracted), ex-con actor Dave Vescio (Hick) and horror vet' Maria Olsen. The entire trailer is here. More of the story is developed in the teaser. However, the film focuses on a young, child actress and her high profile kidnapping. Her parents are worried sick. And, other characters are hopeful of finding her, including down-and-out Zelda (Townsend). Will Kaitlin (Kaegan Baron) ever be seen again? The teaser trailer is an exciting one. Dances With Films has announced it will open and close this year's festival with "A Winter Rose" and "The Toy Soldiers," respectively - both of which are made by Dwf alumni. Written, directed and produced by Riz Story, "A Winter Rose" is a young woman's coming-of-age story as she pursues her dream of. The soundtrack for the film contains 20 original songs that were written for the film by Story.
